you would think after years of being in bUnimed's they could do a simple gel polish. polish was think and has already started to chip. lady was rushing my service. never again.

Most people expect a relaxing experience when getting a pedi or mani. This place is not that. One of the employee's children spent a good chunk of the time whizzing by on his motorized scooter INSIDE while I was getting my toes done. Inside. On a scooter! I'd post a video but Yelp doesn't allow that, so the photo (which doesn't do the noise justice) will have to suffice. Moreover, the technician was fixated on watching The Price is Right rather than concentrating on my toes. But I guess that's alright because he was using only a so-so color since their selection is minimal. Do yourself a favor and don't spend your hard earned dollars here. Hard pass.

VERY VERY SLOPPY! Hands down the worst nail salon around. They are messy, low skilled and not up to date.. the nails are very thick and they use no technique what so ever.. this is the 3rd time I've let them do my nails and all 3 times were a disaster. My diamonds were supposed to be silver and he mistakenly added a gold.. my ring finger diamond was supposed to be centered.. it's not. This poor job was 61.20$.. I will be disputing this with my credit card company..

The lady did HORRENDOUS. As soon as I walk in she has me sit down and is facetiming her boyfriends id assume the whole time! She burned my nail with the buffer and I told her it hit and she tried to keep going. She then make the nails completely oval when I said square with rounded edges, they're totally uneven, the paint job is bad, they look nasty, and she but my thumb nail. Even after repeatedly asking for her to ag least roams it out evenly since she already made it oval she wouldn't. She did the whole thing while on the phone with someone and hurried herself to take 20 minutes for the whole thing. I was very annoyed to see as soon as I payed she went back to her FaceTime. Never coming here again.

Update on review. I get SNS nails and for the second time, the coating has broke off. I have had SNS for around 5 years and used multiple manicurists. I am unsure why there is a problem here. On my last visit, I felt a little pushed into getting more services done and my usual manicurist was not working that day. I am lowering my rating.

Nice pedicure at a good price. Massage chairs are a little aggressive for me but overall a good experience.

I usually go to this place just to get my eyebrows done but decided since it was mother's day weekend to get a pedicure and a full set. I love the way the lady did my eyebrows so I thought my experience with the nails and pedi would be a good one as well. Well, needless to say it was NOT! The woman who did my pedicure did an ok job but for some reason had to call someone else in to paint my toes without me even asking her to, after she messed them up the first time. Then some guy with spiked blond hair preceded to do my nails, he made them uneven and my skin stuck to the nails after he was done. By that time, I was over the whole experience and had somewhere to be at the time. This was on a Saturday, came back on Monday to see about getting my nails fixed and the lady tried to charge me $18 to fix them. Needless, to say I will NEVER visit this place again. I would rather drive to Lynchburg!
