Lee Spa Nails

I used to be a frequent customer of Lee Spa when I worked in Northpark Mall. It has been years (6-7) since I've come into the nail salon. I love the updated appearance and they have some modern details. Their prices are a bit higher than other salons, but I've always expected this due to location and convenience. The staff is pretty stable with many faces still inside that were there when I first began going in 2011.

If you go during peak hours and weekends expect a longer than usual waitlist. Otherwise, they can typically get you in and out due to the many technician they have there. There are a few of them that are very well-skilled in nail designs while some others are subpar. They are all very personable and they remember their clients well.

I wasn't happy with my nails but I needed them done quickly before I left the state. I went in on a Sunday around 1:00pm and I didn't come out from getting a manicure and pedicure until around 4:30pm. I only plan to again if it's a last resort. There are some other places that can do a better job for a cheaper price.

My manicurist on the other hand was so rough. I asked for dip on my nails and they are all supposed to be one color not ombré. I had to ask her to drill off the excess dip that was on top of and around my cuticles. I finally saw that she was just being lazy so I gave up. My fingernails are so WIDE. They are all the size of my thumbnail. $110 was a waste. My time was even more expensive. Never again.

Shona did my nails today! I told her I wanted black and gold for my graduation from Southern Miss and she immediately had an idea in mind, which is good because I'm VERY indecisive!! This was the fastest removal of an old set and new acrylic set I've ever gotten. And I did not sacrifice quality for speed; my nails came out beautiful. High marks as usual!

I arrived at 2PM and was immediately taken to a seat for my manicure. I showed the lady a picture of the ombré nails I wanted and she recreated them perfectly. This was my first time getting ombré dipped nails so I had several questions and she happily answered all of them. I'm very happy with my experience at Lee Spa Nails!

Where's the below one star rating? In my HISTORY of getting mani/ Pedi this is by far worst experience especially when I decided to bring my fiance daughter with me for Mr. Keith and Maykayla day. From the moment of noteea sanitizing bowl, to me asking the person here name she responds to me "No name" Ok, I'm thinking this is a joke... Ha Ha.. again I ask serious what is your name? Her reply "No name" i said ok.. No name means no tip.. she replied "I DON'T CARE!" It wasn't until she damm there took my meat off my toe... I said I can really take my business elsewhere... and without apology... they said you can leave.. I'm new to Jackson Ms, but these business owners are going to realize the value of a customer. To anyone who will witness this or read this... they have to understand who's dollars give them an opportunity to be successful in this country. I will not let one individual ruin a race of good business owners... but this is why it's important to do business in your own ranks... Very Very POOR!!!

I believe this is like my 6th time coming to this place and it is always professional with a clean setting! It is never really a wait. The price may be $4-10 more than the average spa but it is definitely worth it.

Like 4 of my friends already go here.

I brought my 16 year old niece who was visiting from out of town to this establishment. I've been here before and I'm accustomed to them asking for payment mid service. I attempted to tell the tech that was doing her nails that I was paying and she rolled her eyes and walked off. I ignored her rudeness and walked to the station she was working at to tell her. She proceeded to speak to another tech in her language. After I paid she snatched the receipt from my hand hard as heck. I have never been so disrespected in my life. When my intentions were to only let her know how payment would be rendered. I will make sure not to ever step foot in that establishment again. Regardless of how convenient it is for me.

Had a horrible experience here...they DO NOT know how to do nails..DO NOT COME HERE..my nails were not shaped the way i asked, was rushed to pick a color, and just put under the dryer..just don't go there looking to get your nails COFFIN shaped!

Before I moved, Lee Spa Nail was the nail salon I used. I recently visited the salon and it was the worst salon visit ever. Rude workers and bad service. They only got one star because I had to give at least one star to post this review. Unprofessional from the OWNERS to the workers. I will NEVER visit this salon again.

Very Rude!!! I read the previous reviews and that's the only reason I came here. The technician was rude and didn't want to do anything. Told me they didn't have the color I showed her and I clearly had to point it out to her. Then she said she couldn't do a simple multicolor nail. I just paid for pedicure and left. I'll NEVER be back! She rushed through my feet and the salon wasn't even busy. Worse place I've ever been. Will not go back. They must have new techs there now. But clear case of UNPROFESSIONAL. Then they charge like you're in Hollywood. I don't mind paying for services and customer service but they will never get another penny from me! Tony was very nice, but the damage was already done.
