Legendz Barber Lounge

So with us being new to the area, my man needed a haircut. Long over due and after a huge move, we were hunting for his new go-to spot. Enter Legendz. So after looking thru Yelp reviews, we noticed that there are two locations with this name. Don't get confused! There is an original location and then there is this location. This second location was a partner branching off on their own. We ended up going with the second location due to the slightly higher reviews in regards to customer service. SO HAPPY WE DID.
We work a lot of crazy hours so we are limited on time. I Yelp messaged the business asking to make a next day appointment and they replied instantly! Got the perfect time slot and made it clear the time limit my man had. The next day, he was seen instantly for his appointment and was out on time just as promised. Yet he had a great experience! And his fade was near perfect! The owner is amazing and so helpful. He even followed up with us a week later to make sure we were happy with the service.
This is our go to now. They interior is awesome with a billiards table and TVs to kill wait time but honestly, just message them...and they will really work with your schedule! Both the male and female staff here are superb and they really care about their customers. A winner!

Bad Barber Lounge, don't trust them.. Joe H, if you really believed in the quality of your business you would speak to the customers instead of calling them liars - They did not wear masks and it made me uncomfortable that is not your feeling but mine, own it

Best barber shop in town. Johan Rodriguez makes sure you are getting the cut you want. Gets busy at times but all good barber shops get busy. I have yet to make a appointment but still manage to get in and out within a reasonable time.

I've come here a few times to get my haircut, today was my best experience yet, Johan was my barber, had a great entertaining conversation, and the haircut was on point, I really appreciated the attention to detail.

Went for the first time today to support a friend...drove 25 mins to get a haircut fixed...i have now found my NEW barber shop!!! All the barbers in there seemed to be very talented and knowledgeable, but i for sure recommend my dude Tom! As someone who has based his career on looking my best at all points in time, to sit down in his chair and him just know what i needed made every minute of the experience the greatest. Staff seems extremely fun and entertaining, to see the owner Joe (who i hope to speak with next time, he was busy doing his thing) working away with his crew, and to be in the atmosphere i was in is everything we should be looking for in a shop!

My husband and 3 boys would come here but never again will we come. If you don't make an appointment don't bother coming here they will not acknowledge you. Almost feels like if the owner isn't there they don't express any Costomer service skills. FYI the business should remove the walk ins welcome !!

For the past 11 years, I have had my haircut by 1 person. In my whole life, I have only had my haircut by 5 people total. The most recent was here, at Legendz Barber Lounge.

Here's the thing - Legendz Barber Shop in Arlington, and the one right across the street from this location are closed on Monday. Being in a lurch, and really needing a trim up before my trip to Philly, I searched the trusty Yelp app to find that this place was indeed open on Monday. Most importantly, they graciously take walk ins.

When I arrived a lovely young lady was at the counter. She welcomed me and said, "I can take you now." After the obligatory questions about what I wanted, she got to work. We conversed.

Turns out that the owner of Legendz Barber Lounge was the co-owner of the Legendz Barber Shop across the street (You know, that one closed on Mondays). Once his co-owner decided to open the Arlington location, they parted ways. The owner of the one in Arlington kept the one across from the lounge. The owner of the Legendz Barber Lounge decided to be open on Mondays (smart!)

I was a fan of the Legendz in Arlington, but this place is simply better. From the lack of pretentiousness, to the young ladies that cut hair there, it is a great place to go. I enjoyed conversing so much, and she did such a satisfactory job with the trim up, I left a 100% tip! Sadly, I do not recall her name.

It is a rarity that I need to stray from my normal hair cutter, but when i do, I will absolutely return to Legendz Barber LOUNGE.

This place is aesthetically pleasing and have heard good things from other reviews, however the guy working on my husband didn't do a great job. He didn't really listen to what he wanted hair cut wise, he left it longer than he wanted on top. He also left with his neck completely red with razorburn. He said the blade felt really dull when he was being shaved. Maybe he was just having an off day since everyone else has had only good things to say about this place.

** The owner reached out to us and offered to personally cut my husbands hair to his preference and let us know he was going to address the issue we ran into with his staff. We definitely appreciate the quality customer service.

I have been on the road weeks now when I rode into town. I was in desperate need of a fresh haircut and my friend introduced me to this spot. I was glad that he did. This definitely elevated the whole barber experience.

Set up more like a man cave than a barber shop completed with a huge TV and a pool table that clients can play for free while waiting for their hair cut. The shop was very spacious and the interior super modernized. I honestly would come here just to hang out.

My barber Chaz was one of the coolest guys I've met. He cut no corners and made sure I looked fresh again. I was very glad I decided to come in, It would've been a lost to leave without checking the place out. Honestly, even if you didn't need a cut, swing by anyway to see what the buzz is all about, highly recommended.
