Skin care as it should be last-minute appointments friendly service and reasonable prices. The office suite is clean and actually located in a medi spa, so if you're thinking of getting other things done such as peels facials or other procedures you can chat with them during your appointment about what they offer.
Prior to starting the service, my friendly Russian esthetician asked if I would like any numbing cream. I declined and although it was not painless it was not as painful as other waxing I've had.
In and out less than 15 minutes!

Lena is as talented as she is kind! She managed to fit in my appointment at the very last minute. I My face feels very smooth and refreshed after a month of being sick with a severe infection and I feel like a whole new person. She has given me details about what techniques she used on my face, and utilized placed a complimentary mask for being a first time customer. I rarely treat myself being that I work so often but I'm glad I did! I needed it because my infection left me less than up to snuff, you know?

I have very sensitive skin and I don't like to put anything on.I did a facial for the first time on my life in this place with Julia,honestly I just love it. She did amazing job,she was very gentle with my skin. And the best thing on Julia,
she asked me about my skin and she checked first before starting. And after starting she was expelling and telling me about the masks that she was putting on my face. I really appreciate. This made me very comfortable and I loved the results.I recommend this place to everyone.

I had a good no frills facial, it was good but the place was very basic
I would go back cause it was clean, and it felt great. But to go for the spa like feeling, you don't get that at this place.
I had the younger girl and got a new customer special. Worth it for the price I paid.

The first time I was waxed by Lena and she was as sweet and efficient as the other reviews have said.

However I am taking off stars because of the terrible service I received from her assistant the second time.

I bought the $40 for $60 voucher advertised on Yelp. I used it on my first wax ($10) and Lena personally told me I could come back several times to use the remaining value.

When I came back a second time, the assistant told me I could not use the remaining value - THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR - because "the voucher had already been redeemed and that is Yelp's policy." No other explanation. First of all, this is NOT Yelp's policy (which I confirmed through their support). The voucher is $40 for $60 - $40 being the paid component and $20 being the promotional component. I first used it on a $10 service - meaning even if none of the promotion was applied and the unused promotional component was no longer retained, I should still have my $30 paid component left to use.

The fact that she tried to tell me I am not allowed to come back multiple times to use what I already paid for means she essentially tried to make me pay $40 for a $10 service. She eventually honored the voucher for the second wax (and acted like she was doing me a favor) but told me I have to use all of it the next time I come. This does not make sense because I only need a $10 service each month.

The waxing itself was great. The rudeness I had to deal with because I wanted to get what I actually paid for was uncalled for and I would rather go somewhere else.

I've been going to Lena for YEARS and her service has never been short of stellar! She and Yulia are some of the best! Lena for one is always keeping up with the new techniques by attending conferences in beauty field! I also have to mention that this studio has always been clean. I've never visited and felt grossed out.

I usually get waxed by Yulia, who is skilled at waxing and holding a good convo to keep you distracted from the pain! I forget that I'm in a very vulnerable state during those times.

My facials have always been done by Lena and I leave with a glowing face. It's so relaxing! The room, ambiance, shoulder massage and the facial itself put me at ease. One time they had my hands in gloves filled with paraffin wax (moisturizing) whilst receiving my facial. It's uber relaxing and you see the results at the end of your facials. (I've been to other places where the end result looked I had done it myself!)

They have been 100% on time for my services and are always warm and welcoming.

Had my first facial with Lena today!! She was absolutely delightful and great!!! She uses great products and makes you feel very comfortable. I'm usually very hesitant about going to a new technician for facial, because I don't like people messing with my super sensitive skin, but I had a great facial with Lena. She also gave me product samples to take home, which was a very nice touch.

I've been going to Lena for the past 8-10 years and I must say how much I love the service. I do chest waxes which can be painful, but with Lenas energy being so captivating and warm, she helps soothe the pain. When going into the waiting room, Lena provides wine and chocolate that instantly gives a warm welcome. There's nobody else I would rather go to except for Lena, and if you're a male or female looking for waxing, skincare, etc. Lena is worth every penny based on the value you get in return.

Best facial I've ever had! Lena is the best. If you want excellent quality, the best products and amazing care, come here. We did a gentle facial and I don't need any makeup; looking better, younger, healthier. Can't wait to come back!
