Li-En Nails & Spa

After reading all the reviews of this salon I was excited to try them. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure turned out well. The gel manicure is another story. There is polish all over my fingers and cuticles. She did not polish the tips of my nails so it doesn't start to peel.

I'm very unhappy. Currently going to my regular nail salon to have them fixed.

Best priced pedicure in town! We showed up at 9:30am on a Monday and they had 10 people working, 8 of them occupied so the secret is out
They also dry your feet while in your chair so you get more massage time!
We were very impressed with the level of service and the fact that they had so many people.

Went for a fill. Showed the staff a picture and asked if they could recreate this. The lady at first said "yes". I also wanted to change my shape from Coffin to Stiletto and I asked her to file my nails really slim. She said she couldn't do that or didn't know what I meant and handed me the file. I filed my nails myself which I was okay with but while I did that she caught a major attitude. Coming to polishing she said she wasn't going to be able to polish the tip of my index finger the way it is shown on the picture and I asked why. She said "because I'm DIFFICULT". A very unpleasant experience. Never will I go there again and neither should you just aweful customer service. I remained polite and was very disappointed. Sad

I did a walk-in for a pedicure! I was told to pick a color & I got seated right away! I just had polish removed, nails cut, scrubbed, massaged, range of motion a little bit (lol), warm towels, painted, & fanned! Massage chair the whole time! It was 28$ & tipped 5$!

Do not get their acrylic nails. Especially the lady I had. Never got her name but she did a horrible job. Nails were smudged after leaving salon and letting nails dry for 30 minutes.

Update 7/7/20: Got the gel toenails yesterday and didn't catch the name of the lady who did my toes. Honestly very disappointed. One of the toenails lost some of the polish and that is not okay for how much you pay for gel. Won't be going back here again. Tried to give them a second chance. But no. Sorry.

I've been going to Li En since shortly after it opened. The staff is always very nice, and after a few visits they remember their customers.

In addition to the regular nail salon services, they have chairs available for young girls that are shaped like butterflies and their own personal TVs beside the chair. Li En also offers something to drink to their clients, something that other nail salons I've been to do not offer. I usually ask for water, so I'm not sure what other selection they might have.

As with many nail salons run by people whose first language is not English, the staff will sometimes speak in another language, but I've never felt like they did so overly or felt like they were just gossiping about their customers like I have at other nail salons.

Prices are very reasonable.

I couldn't be more pleased with Li-En Nails. The wait was quite a while this past Saturday but they were down 5 or 6 people due to a family reunion and a couple people just leaving for college. They let me sit in the spa chair and offered me a drink while I waited. They go by number in line here so don't come in expecting to jump everyone waiting for a pedicure just because you aren't wanting only a manicure. The spa chairs were fantastic, I received a nice long arm and leg massage with my manicure and pedicure. Everyone was so friendly. Even better was the cost; my total was $42. Also, ask for the reward points. You get a point for every dollar you spend and get $10 off you visit after you reach 300 points.

I have two different experiences here. The first was terrible. The second was great and that's because of a lady named Tammy. She did such a good job on my nails that I will come back for her.

Wow. Worst service ever. Honestly. I came here just because it was close to my house despite the ratings. The girl was rude and spoke in a different language but would not say a word to me. After trying to start a conversation with her she ignored me. The equipment was blah and the chairs were uncomfortable. Nails were supposed to be plain black. Pretty easy right? Wrong- the girl messed them up and got upset with me when I asked her to fix them. I will never go back to this salon. I don't recommend it.

I have been getting nails and pedicures here for 7 years. They consistently do a great job. I tried a couple of different places during the time they were closed due to Covid but was not happy with the results. Glad they are back!
