I needed to get into a home safe that I lost the keys to. The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. They researched ways I could replace my keys and quoted me options and prices. When I decided to circumvent those options and tried to forcibly open it on my own and failed, I shamedfacedly took it into their showroom. Kate is very personable and considerate and did not judge or shame me for my foolishness. She was very supportive. Daniel, whom she was training was very friendly and enthusiastic about the things he was learning. They kindly and professionally opened the safe for me. The charge for this sevice was VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend Liberty Lock and Security if you know what you want and need, and especially if you DON'T know and need honest, pertinent information.

Great customer service. Made copies of key Home Depot and Lowe's could not. Very educational experience about locks in general too.

We had a difficult to copy key and Liberty copied it accurately, quickly and at a reasonable price. The service was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Super solid key shop here. I drove out here during my lunch hour based on the Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Walked in on a Wednesday at noon and asked for two duplicate keys. They were made on the spot and I left three minutes later, only $11 short. And the keys work great! So much better than the Lowe's duplicate and the KeyMe duplicates that take 5 minute of jiggling before they open the door. Liberty is a real locksmith - highly recommended.

I called them earlier today and they were able to come out within hours (there was no emergency). The tech called me when he was on the way and was promptly on time. He was friendly and helped me to make the best decision that fit my needs.

I had just purchased this home and the deadbolt and plate were off. He was able to fix it quickly and it was better than before.

The tech was friendly, professional, and neat in appearance. I liked that he had all the necessary tools on hand and had his license card visible. (I forgot his name, but he did a great job today).

I will definitely be calling them in the near future for assistance with other locks in the home.

This place is awesome. Every time I need speciality keys copied, I come here. I got tired of wasting time going to Home Depot just for them to tell me my keys can't be copied there. One thing Home Depot did though, was referred me to Liberty. They were able to copy my apartment and work office door key literally within a matter of seconds. Very fast service with friendly faces. They sell some diesel looking safes too. If I were in the business or need to purchase one, I would buy it her. Along with the safes, they have various sports lanyards and other key accessories. Pretty cool.

I made the decision I wanted a high quality safe, did LOTS of research, and came to the conclusion an American Security (AMSEC) was the best choice. I contacted multiple safe sellers to get quotes. Kevin Plummer from Liberty was willing to make a site visit (before I even decided who to buy from) to make sure it was possible to deliver and install the safe where I wanted. I decided I needed this level of customer service through the whole process. The fact they offered me the best price was just a bonus. I gave him the specs for the BFII I wanted and they placed the order. Kevin kept me up to date during the 8 week wait while AMSEC built my safe. Eight weeks later, a crew of 4 moved my new safe a substantial distance through my very uneven yard to get it into my walk out basement.

I feel that customer service with this company is lacking. I called at 8:30 am to schedule an appointment for a locksmith to unlock my door and was give the window of 10 - 12 pm. 1 pm rolls around and the locksmith still hasn't shown up. I called their office and was informed that I was "next" on the list and that the window of time is only an estimate.

I informed the lady i spoke to on the phone that I understand things come up and the locksmith may tend to encounter additional problems at the previous job site, however, a courtesy call would have been nice and helpful to manage customers' expectations.

Not recommend this place. It is not only extremely expensive than other providers but mislead and playwith consumers.

I tried 4 locksmiths trying to get car keys made. Finally a lady at Rockville Key suggested Liberty Lock. Paul at Liberty had my keys made in under 5 minutes and they worked great! Highly recommend this business. Great service and great people.
