Lifetime Remodeling Systems

Recently Lifetime Remodeling replaced and painted some siding on my house where the paint was not sticking any more. The replaced siding looks great and the person who replaced the siding explained what they were doing and gave me suggestions about how to maintain the outside of my house. They did a wonderful job and the finished work makes my house look so much better.

Gino and his team re-sided my home in October of 2022. They were the 6th bid I received, so I knew a good deal when I saw it. It wasn't just that his price was fair, they had re-sided a co-worker's home ~11 years prior and their name was listed in his stack of references. I spoke to my co-worker and they STILL had good things to say about Gino and Lifetime. In addition, the company is Hardieplank Elite Preferred installer, meaning they were up to date on any installation best practices and that was important to me.

Unlike all of the other bids, there was no pressure. Gino was easy to work with, extremely responsive, meticulous attention to detail. No overselling or "the sky is falling" behavior. No eye rolling or treating me like I was a PIB at the end when some little painting details needed extra attention. Was very respectful of me as a woman. No weirdness or disconnect from his team. Everyone was on the same page. And his team are direct employees of Lifetime ... for many multiple of years. This latter point spoke volumes to me. His employees were superlative workers who were VERY careful about picking up debris, daily check-ins, keeping an eye out for my dog's safety, etc. They were on time, in budget and did great work with everyone being super professional.

I will definitely hire Gino in the future for other projects. It was such a relief to have real people with a true business ethic not just working on, but taking care of my home. Thank you Gino!

We had a small galley kitchen, unused breakfast nook and garage laundry completely transformed into our dream kitchen with a large peninsula open to the living room and laundry room with interior access. Holly, James and the entire team were great to work with from start to finish. We are very happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship. James kept the crew on schedule, and quickly and professionally dealt with any minor blips that came up. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and laundry, and wouldn't hesitate to use Lifetime again for our next project.

Happy to recommend Lifetime. They replaced the siding on my house and painted it. They were responsive from the time I requested a quote (unlike a lot of other companies) top the very end. They do all the work without subbing any of it out, so I had the same crew each day. They guarantee their work. It was nice to know that mt contact, Gino, who is also the owner was on site checking on the project almost every day.

Gino's crew did a great job taking down two layers of old siding, repairing the damage that was discovered, and putting up the new cedar siding. This old house needs quite a bit of work still and all the other contract companies that have been to my house have commented at what a good job the siding company did. There may have been 10 or more contract companies out by now. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. I have hired them to do additional work since and have been very happy.

My home was listed on the market when we discovered water leaking into our basement window sill. My realtor recommended Lifetime to get it fixed. I am so grateful she did. Gino came out and bid the job the same day. While he was here he recommended a couple other repairs that could be done with minimal cost so as to prevent other things from occurring later down the road. He didn't have to, and I would have never known, but like he said lets get it done right the first time. His team was out a couple days later and work began. Clean, prompt, courteous, and QUALITY. This is a contractor you can trust!

This review is based on a quote/bid only. It was for complete siding (cement board) job on a two story 2600 sf house. They were $10k higher than the highest bid I got from any other siding contractor (had 5 bids). But their sales presentation is very lengthy and thorough - with all sorts of materials & "things" that they said are "better" than all the other guys.

Again, I had no work done. This is just based on pricing to give you a heads up. It seems like all the other reviews were quite positive based on what they got done. So, if you don't mind paying a lot more - the other reviews attest a positive experience. Too much high sales pressure and seemingly unnecessary gimmicky stuff for my taste - coming from a construction background myself.

Professional service. I had Mark S. review some water damage and repair work. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the next steps to mitigate the problem. I'm grateful for the information and service.

Working with Lifetime was great! Our contractor was Mike Short and the project was re-siding and painting our 1920s craftsman in SE Portland. They were knowledgeable about what the house was "supposed to look like" but also very accommodating when it came to our personal preferences. Snags came up along the way, as they will with an old house, and they were great at rolling with the punches and explaining what they were doing and why they needed to do it.

Whenever we had a miscommunication or wanted something done differently, they fixed it, no question. It was like their top priority was making us happy, not just getting the job over with.

We used Gino's crew to completely replace siding on major sections of our house. Gino knew his stuff, was always on-time, super professional, a great communicator and I trusted his advise. There were parts that he advised didn't need replacement to help us save money which I appreciated.

His crew worked HARD. They were all super friendly, and I appreciated their diligence even working on the weekend to help us get our project done prior to the next storm. I have 1000% confidence that these guys did solid work. My dad the engineer and my husband the critic were also both very impressed. His crew left the workzone spotless, even though they spent nearly 2 weeks setting up their elaborate operation.

I was told I would have to wait months to find a sider who would be able to schedule us in, but the fact that Gino runs a crew (or 2?) that just does construction correction made it easy to get him working timely. Other companies, didn't even return my call.

Overall the replacement is an expensive proposition, but considering our house is our #1 family asset, it made sense to do it once and do it right. Thanks again to Gino and his whole crew. They did not disappoint.
