THEN in April he came and took the Aqua Hot for repairs. Told us he had to send part of it out of state for welding repairs. Would take 4-6 weeks for reinstalling. No problem, it's a heating system and it isn't cold anymore in April. Bob took out the Aqua Hot from the motorhome. We were charged $6800 for the repairs, shipping and reinstalling.
It is now middle of October, getting cold, and over 6 months! Bob is not returning our calls, texts, or emails!
He has our Aqua Hot and our $6800! This is horrible service and I will never again recommend Lightning RV to anyone! We are tired of all the lies, (when he did answer his phone) and want our money back along with the Aqua Hot system!
