I've called several times only to say it's Verizon wireless.. can't even leave a message.. who runs a business like this ...
Very disappointed.. I wanted to send an arrangement to a friend.. guess I'll have to go elsewhere.. you lost a customer...

It was a special day.... my mom's 90th birthday. And when you hit 90 and love color there's one choice. GREAT FLOWERS. And Dawn hit it out of the park. Mom loved the flowers, a big, tall display of color really makes the room light up.

She returned my call quickly. She was super helpful and I like her business direction of being a small, local, "care about you" business. I like her direction too in that she even adjusts her arrangements to the season and not just a collection of standard roses, daisies, lily's or whatever we have in the shop.

I think you'll find her helpful, accommodating and mom couldn't have been more thrilled when the arrangement showed up. Good job dawn.

Dawn with old town flower Shoppe is amazing! She does great work and is very friendly and easy to work with. Dawn showed up the day of the wedding and set up everything with no problem. Her bouquets are Gorgeous!

It's so awesome to finally have a decent flower shop in this town. Not only are the flowers beautiful and affordable, but the owner remembers who you are and what kind of flowers you love. If you are a woman who loves getting flowers, I highly recommend telling the people in your life who give you flowers to start using this flower shop.

This is actually the first time I have ever posted a negative review on Yelp. However, as I called to discuss my disappointment with the owner, she was immediately defensive and didn't want to listen to my concern. She only wanted to say that she stood by her work, thought her bouquet was beautiful and reiterated the notes she took when I called to express what I was looking for in the bouquet. I specifically asked for an elegant bouquet with roses. The bouquet delivered truly missed the mark, to say the least. Photos attached. The base price of what I was charged was $75 before tax and delivery. The owner told me the only thing she would do is remake another bouquet IF my mom wanted to drop off the old one at her store. This bouquet was for my mom as a post-surgery/birthday gift and she cannot leave the house. My mom never complains and she simply said, well...I hope you were not over charged for it. How awful is it this was the only option the owner was willing to offer. I am so appalled. Good customer service is judged on how you handle yourself when things go wrong, not when everything goes right. If she had been willing to listen, shown any empathy at all and to give a reasonable option to turn this situation around, I would not be writing this review. She did nothing except cut me off in the conversation and talk over me. I look forward to supporting another deserving small business in Cottonwood instead.

Hit it outa the park!! I'm out of town and my wife was feeling a bit overwhelmed with our new puppy and having a rough morning. I called and explained this and was given some suggestions and guidance as to what to put into the bouquet. Of course it needed to be delivered. My wife was extremely surprised and elated. I am extremely happy to have found this flower shop. Thanks and keep up the great work! A very satisfied customer

LOVE this little Flower Shop. Dawn makes such fresh and beautiful arrangements. She makes sure the her customers are satisfied. I have used her services for large community events to small personal arrangements, always beautiful and bright. Dawn is such a great example of small town business doing it right. I live out of state and wanted to surprise my sister with flowers for her birthday. Dawn not only delivered a gorgeous flower arrangement, but also went down the street and picked up a restaurant gift card for her.
