I love the variety of classes that they offer here! I am a kstate student and have taken hot yoga and aerial conditioning and they have both been great experience. The owner Hillary does a great job of making it feel like a welcoming and kind environmet!

I took the Pilates class through Kansas State University with the owner Hillary. The class was only eight weeks long, but I found a lot of progress throughout this time. Hillary was extremely helpful with helping the class understand how to engage different parts of their body and why they are doing it. With this class, I felt more control over what I was doing and pinpointing different muscles through different movements. I highly suggest this class!

First of all, how lucky am I that this studio opened down the street from my house!? Secondly, from the moment I met Hilary (the owner/primary instructor), I truly felt welcome - she cared about my input on her classes and times before I ever started attending them! When she first opened, all of the weekday barre classes were in the morning between 10:00 and 12:15 which is when I am usually working. I happened to stop by on a Monday to talk to her about putting an after-5 barre class and ended up staying for aerial hammock that night. While it is cool, aerial is very difficult for me but watching Hilary do her thing was fun enough!

The next day, I saw that Hilary already created a 5:30 PM barre class on Wednesdays so I signed up for the first one the next day! Today, I attended hot yoga with Eric R. since he attended barre with me last week. Luckily, hot yoga is not as hot as my one awful bikram experience several years ago in Vegas, so I did not have any severe reactions.

I also started private reformer sessions with Hilary. She really knows how the muscles interconnect and how to improve my core to reduce lower back pain. I also think her prices are very reasonable. She is significantly very affordable at $60 per hour/$35 per half hour. Her mat classes are $15 drop-in. There are slight discounts for buying 8 classes. Aerial classes are $10 for a half hour. This is a welcome addition to Manhappiness!

I took this class through Kansas State University not knowing what to expect at all. I can easily say this class was fun, stress relieving, and challenging. I was able to take several different types of classes like Pilates, hot yoga, cardio dancing, trampoline hit, and aerial. They were all so different from each other it made each class a learning experience. The instructors are great because they truly care about their clients and work hard to great personal relationships with them. This helped me a lot to feel more confident in the classes I had never attended before. The instructors helped me a ton to love my body and listen to it. Such a great, sweet place.

This is not just any studio it is an instant family. Not only do you get an awesome workout but you get a true sense of community. Hilary and the other instructors are so inclusive and wonderful. When my battery is running low and I need a boost of positive energy Lil' Apple is where I head (plus the barre and Pilates makes your booty look real nice). I am so grateful to have this studio in Manhattan and will miss it greatly when I graduate.
