I used to come here every month for the past couple of years and I really did like this place. However, the past couple of months l've been having really bad experiences.
I'm not sure if it's because I come on Sundays and the people scheduled on Sundays are not great. I was asked to wait over 45 minutes for an appointment I made and the staff was really rude.
Not to mention, they asked a kid to start helping out because it got too busy.....Don't think I will be coming back any longer.

My first time coming here and all i can say is that I will be coming back. My first time ever also doing gel x nails and the lady who did my nails did an amazing job. She was extremely patient and helpful when it came to making suggestions.
She took her time and made sure to ask me if I was happy with how they were coming out. Overall extremely happy with my experience here. Definitely recommend it. They were also having a 15% winter discount, so that was definitely a plus!

I come here monthly during the summer for the Liz spa pedicure ($45 as of summer 2023) and enjoy my time here. The staff are always professional and friendly and I've never had an issue with my regular manicures and pedicures. The space is clean and spacious with five wide, comfy pedicure seats. Vicky and Zaida (and the employee with the duck pin) are great and give firm massages. No complaints!

Tip: they get busy so make sure you call ahead for a weekend reservation and show up on time. I arrived for my Saturday 9am pedicure and already there were 4 people here! There are of course more open slots on weekdays.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a great nail salon. They are masters of their skills. Everyone was so nice and professional. Everything was clean and they used new tools while doing my nails which I appreciated. They accommodated me when I missed my original appointment time. I've gotten my nails done at many places and have never been happier with the outcome than at this salon. It's small but they have a lot of staff working and no one had to wait more than maybe a few moments to be sat. They also had many color options which I loved.

I got a full set and a pedicure and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Zoey did my full set and did an amazing job. She was meticulous in filing and shaping my nails. She didn't rush and they came out perfectly.

There is plenty of parking on the street and I managed to get a spot right out front.

I left before even getting any service done because the staff was rude and wouldn't allow me to speak about what I wanted to get done. They didn't have enough staff on even though I made an appointment and specifically let them know what I would like so the appropriate time would be allocated. I will NEVER step foot in this facility again.
