I don't like upcharges, so when the tech came out and said I didn't have mounting brackets for kit I produced them from box. He then showed me a 6 foot piece of his own material, he wanted $80 to install (Home Depot charges $10 for that bracket). Stupidly I agreed not realizing he would have to cut the material anyways and use only a small portion, about 5$ of that material anyways. Essentially, I paid for what he would already do. To replace the rollers he tried to up sell me up another $220 ($20 on Amazon) Oh yeah, then he wanted a "convenience fee" for credit card, I hate being nickel and dimed. The word shyster comes to mind. I also would have preferred a better mounting job on opener, but he refused to do that. Installer also left staples and wire trimmings all over garage floor, my motorcycle tires would have liked that a lot. I told the tech if you do a great job, you get a great review, so my response should be no surprise.

Had our garage door buckle and run off-track...eventually replaced with a double sided steel door. Mark and team were helpful and quick to respond to first issue, getting the old door secured.

New door order took about 2 weeks,,,,quick and efficient install and it looks beautiful. Be prepared, a good quality mid-range, no frills insulated double steel door with windows ran us $5K...I have no doubt that's just what it costs nowadays...

This company is great!! I decided to call them because of great reviews and I wasn't interested in calling the big companies that advertise and come out and sell you a bag of goods you don't really need...been there, done that! These people are quick to respond via text and prompt phone calls and sent out Andre who was knowledgeable, friendly and smart!! We now have an older garage door that acts and sounds like new!!!

When I think of local garage door pros, I think of Jimmy Johns delivery. Fast...Fast....Fast and excellent work. The springs and cords broke off our garage door which made our garage door a safety hazard. They came determined the issue, fixed it and was out. It took them 25 minutes from start to finish. Mark was so professional.

Mark was extremely quick at his follow up with my request for an estimate and very flexible to accommodate our requirements once we realized we needed to replace our garage opener (it was really old) vice repairing it. We will gladly call Mark for any future garage door needs!

First and foremost absolutely better than five stars! Appointment was set up via the Yelp app. Not only was he on time he got here early and here's the best part he only fixed what absolutely needed to be fixed!!! Didn't try to sell me anything extra.. when you have excellent service like this all you can do is praise the business and they really deserve it. I really can't thank this business enough we were in a tight bind as we just sold our home and our garage door had broke they absolutely exceeded all expectations plus more. Thank you for making a bad situation become fantastic!

I needed an estimate for installation of my garage door opener which I already purchased. Mark got back to me with an exact price within the hour came to my home the next day and completed the work in about 1 hour. Mark tells you what he's going to do and does exactly that. No surprises ,excellent workmanship and he's very easy to get along with. I will not hesitate to call if there are any other garage door issues. Thanks again mark we really appreciate it.
