If you are looking for the job go get done right, Lopco is the place to go. I chose to go with Lopco when reinforcing my deck because they had done work for my parents, and truly went above and beyond to make the job satisfy their needs - it was truly some of the best customer service I had seen.

Throughout the process of the deck reinforcement, the employees were very transparent, knowledgable, and honest. I would definitely recommend.

We highly recommend Lopco for interior house painting. We learned of them via a radio ad - and after Tom submitted a bid that we felt was fair, we hired them. Not having worked with them before, and not knowing anything more about them than what was in the ad, we were of course concerned about the project at the outset. However, from the moment Mark arrived, we knew we were in good hands. Throughout the duration of the project Mark was punctual, hard-working, highly professional, and very neat and clean, with a high attention to detail. We contracted them to paint all of our woodwork and several rooms. The quality of their work was beyond our expectations - and they were wonderful to work with, to boot. We are incredibly pleased with our new woodwork/walls - and will absolutely call on Lopco again for all future painting projects.

I hired Lopco Contracting to power wash my 2 story colonial with vinyl siding. They showed up when expected. They were courteous. They made sure to move my flower pots and deck furniture out of the way to protect them. The house came out great. I would hire them again.

Water damage to our cathedral ceiling beam, fireplace wall and the extremely high ceiling itself were professionally and efficiently repaired and neatly made new again with Lopco's outstanding and personable crew. They're a gem!

Tom and his crew brought our East Side home from dingy to distinguished. From the five-plus page work statement, with the appropriate caveats (e.g. we can't be sure how much work we need to do on the deck until we take off the boards and assess the underpinnings) to the crew arrival times (as agreed upon) this was what I would expect of a contractor. They kept in constant touch with us, giving us progress reports, telling us what to expect next, and seeing if everything matched our expectations. Will be using LOPCO for future interior work.

LOPCO Contracting did a great job repairing and painting my peeling house. I received a thorough estimate, and work was done in a timely manner. You deal with the owner directly, and he keeps you updated to the progress daily. Crew was very hard working, and did a great job cleaning up each night when they left. They did repairs to my porch, replaced rotten wood and prepped and painted my house. Also installed gutters. Would do business with LOPCO again!

Having used Lopco before for the exceptional work, I hired Tom and team again and the results from the quote to the finished product was outstanding! Great people to work with and I am glad to recommend them to friends and will no doubt use them again. Great team and results!
