Lori is absolutely amazing! Lori was recommended to my husband and I by a good friend a year or so back. At first contact early on in the process Lori was very responsive to any questions that we had however at that time we decided to wait and save a little more money towards our forever home.

Fast forward to August 2017. We decided to contact Lori again as we felt we were ready to make the move. Not only did she remember us from before she set up an appointment to meet the weekend she came back into town from her vacation (which she rarely takes) and right before ours.

Lori came out to our home with a ton of info for us to look over when it came to selling our current house. She laid out all of our options and was very informative, supportive, down to earth and honest. We told her we would think about our options during vacation and would get back to her by the end of the week.

We decided that we were ready to sell our current home and look for our forever home. Once we gave Lori the info she was on it, we had paperwork to fill out the next day and just like that the process was started.

Lori had an associate assist during the selling of our property and both Lori and her associate Maria West were fantastic! We had the photographer, listing and open house within a week. Three offers by Monday and a decision made by the end of the next week.

Once our home was in escrow Lori was ready to help us find our next home. During this process we never once felt like Lori had any other clients or that we were put on the back burner. She was very responsive and took us out multiple times to see what our interest were.

When it came time to make an offer and we were second guessing ourselves or changing our minds in the middle of the night because finding a home you plan on staying in for decades is a stressful process, Lori was always calm and ready to tell us our options while being supportive but never forcing us into anything.

We finally made a choice on a home and Lori helped us come up with an offer that was hard to refuse and it was because of her patience and knowledge that our offer got accepted!!!

Lori also made time without hesitation to take us to the home again to show our parents as it was important for us to have our families see it as well.

We had a very quick escrow and pretty much closed in two weeks. We hope to get keys this week and are so thankful for Lori, her support, calm demeanor, sense of humor, professionalism and knowledge.

It was a pleasure working with Lori throughout the process of selling my home. The specific area of Davis where my house was located made it tricky to sell, but Lori's knowledge of the area made it a quick, easy and hassle-free process. Lori was also available outside of business hours to answer any questions I had, and even met with me on a weekend so I could drop off my key. Lori is amazing! She was referred to us by multiple friends and co-workers (who had all used her independently), and so since her name kept popping up, we decided to meet with her. My husband and I weren't sure where we wanted to buy (West Sac vs Davis) and weren't even ready to buy, but she met with us, showed us houses in both areas, discussed pro's and con's, and helped up make the best decision. Once we had saved enough to purchase, we contacted her and started the process. We were under contract within 48 hours on our dream house!

She is calm, cool and collected. At first I was nervous that her calmness would translate to lack of proactivity, but I was so wrong. We purchased our first home in October of 2014. Lori was our realtor and she was AMAZING from start to finish. She first met with us and talked about budget and location. Lori has been a terrific agent, from both the buying and selling perspective. I used her to buy a house a few years ago, then when selling it and my husband's after we married and wanted to get our own place last summer.
She definitely knows the market and how to price a home: when buying she extracted concessions from the seller that I never would have expected; when selling, one house was on the market for about a week (several offers, one at asking) and the other house was on the market for a weekend (ended up going over asking, having multiple full-priced offers). Throughout all three transactions she was nothing but the best: always on top of things (including a flakey buyer for house #2 sale), honest but aggressive in negotiations, and very helpful with worries, questions, concerns, follow-up issues, and recommendations (for instance, for landscapers and contractors after the sale). Oh yeah, she closed the deal on house two while I was - literally - on a glacier in Greenland... talk about service! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone: five stars all around!

Lori helped us buying our first home and we could not hope for a better realtor! She was extremely responsive, answered all our questions clearly and in a timely manner, and provided frequent (unsolicited) updates.
