Tow company , great couple! Mike and crystal are very nice and considerate. They are on point and are just doing there job! Always call them first and schedule a time to get your car so everything is organized! They had towed my car and I was upset but they were really kind and helped me out , they even opened on the weekend just so I can get my vehicle and didn't charge me extra! I highly recommend lucky 13 towing.

I wouldn't even give one star, but i had too to write this god awful review... What kind of Company works with these Scammers... Started with a phone call lady dude answers, getting information shim Could Not Give me a Direct answer as to How much a Tow Costs from when they decided to tow and break in to my Vehicle.. Well it was there already for one day Unfortunately, I was at Work when this took Place, my car was undrivable because of thermostat, regardless due to snow removal in a parking lot i was towed, i didn't move my car in time. instead of a ticket on the car or warning just Tow it, Good thinking.. Now, back to where she says its ahhh $325 today and then $360 Tomorrow, i said "What?" $325?!?! "How much is a Tow?" she says well its $35 a Day i said ok so if you want to say yesterday is one day and today is two.. that's $70 for 2 days and $255 For the tow out. Once i Heard this I continued to question the tow amount and again she like its 2 something yeah. What?! I asked are you open 24/7 NO WE CLOSE AT 2:30pm.. Im like what?! Also states "You need to make an APPT to Pick up the Car" and appt?! what? let me know if you want to make an appt. i had to get off the phone to process my thoughts, what a bunch of scum bags...I calls back to "BOOK said APPt". when calling back Guy answers and proceeds to talk with me not knowing how much this costs, all of a sudden I'm on a three way phone call with the lady as well, and she's informing him of my vehicle again and how much she just spewed out to me for costs..which she didn't remember and i shouldn't have said listen I'll have the cash at this time and said amount out loud like hand to head.. why did I repeat that... I said I am getting money after 1pm I can be there by 2 or sooner, The lady proceeded to tell me she was driving back up to where she towed my car if i wanted to pay her.. like no I don't have the cash yet once again and what do you have my vehicle with you?! like WTF... I'm not giving you cash if you don't have my car.....they tried to say can you come now?! i just said no I can't, .. I can also tow your car back to you for $65- What?! How does that even make sense, either way they say call when you have the money, when i had called I left two messages prior to and they say they close at 4pm during week closed on weekends.. I finally got the money shortly after 1pm of course i googled the company and it said cambridge st, i called the number to which the guy answered i said i was calling in ref to vehicle and said id be there in a few mins about to be on cambridge st, for him to proceed to tell me they are not located there they are located on Greenwood st in worcester 119..... well i put in GPS and guess what the location doesn't exsist I had to call back to double check the address and make sure im going to the proper location so i dont miss the " scheduled APPT" which he got bitchie with me bc he doesn't even know their address.... shocker.. anyways it was 117 and a broken down ass gas station.. i pulled in they say 20 mins... they had also said to me over the phone yeah we're closing maybe you'll have to make an appt to pick it up tomorrow at 9AM.. I said the hell I Am.. I am not paying you another day, this is ridiculous, I can't miss another day of work because of this non sense and game playing with peoples property.. I already made an appt and you guys keep rushing me when I said what time I could be there.. At this broken down gas station waiting the lady drives up and I get out, like where's my car she proceeds to tell me he's on his way with it now... like what?! its being towed here... yeah from another lot.. the guy eventually comes, I noticed my door was unlocked to which I asked and he replied he have to break in. I was so Close to calling the cops.. umm no... then he goes so how much did we say $335 or $365 to which i said neither... you dumb MF told me $325 I said I wanted a Receipt and they did not want to give me one and they never gave me one... after handing money and waiting 15 plus mins for you to write a receipt.. so I just got in my car and drove away.. get these crooked MFs away from me. Watch OUt for these TWO.. and this scam of a "So Called Tow Company.." I have so Many Questions About all Of this.. Totally out of Line...

AWFUL PEOPLE, they are scammers to a tee. There's a reason why they have their own business, they're attitudes are so poor and unprofessional I'm sure nobody would hire them and if they did they'd be fired within the week. I'm not sure why any professional company would associate with them. They will do anything to take money from you, including ignoring your calls so your car can stay an extra day and through the weekend. Then proceed to lie and tell you different times of closing, they also only have you come in as appointments, you cannot walk in to pick up your vehicle, what kind of tow company does that? I'm sincerely hoping the BBB can get a hold of them and finally shut them down for good.

No star review if possible!!! I just had my car towed from where I lived bc I didn't have sticker to show I lived there. I had just bought my vehicle and the sticker slipped my mind. I had no issues before until last night I parked my car in a different spot and this morning I woke up to my car gone. The information for the tow company was vague their address is wrong and they're still handing out cards that say 32 Cambridge St. I called the number I found online and someone very rude and demanding answered the phone and said he had no idea where my car even was said he was out of state and that there was two lots the car could be at and he needed his driver to tell him where it was. I asked him to call me back when he found out. Few hours later I got a call back from the driver and he was demanding I meet him at their "tow lot" at a specific time to meet me there in Charlton which was 6 City Depot Rd which isn't an impoud lot or even a tow place. Just a spot they said they rent. When the guy showed up he just wanted the money. No reciept. When I said I wanted to wait for the police to make sure this was a legitimate company he got mad and said he was gonna leave and charge me more for wasting his time. I ended up saying alright I'll give you the money and the guy was like nah you can talk to Mike Holmes when he comes back on Tuesday and we can charge you everyday till then. I had to say that's not a good idea right before the cops come and they took my money. The cops showed up and told them this isn't professional business practice that they need to provide me with a receipt and he said that he would of called the cops himself. After the police verified it's an actual towing company they gave me a small "receipt" Very sketchy and unprofessional. I will be calling where I live that employs them and complaining about this whole situation.

Their new location is 119 Greenwood st Worcester, Ma. I was told they have a second location as well. Absolutely terrible company. They'll break the law to get your vehicle. 1 star is too many stars for this company. Rude and arrogant. Make sure they ask permission to enter your property and they call the local police department within 1 hour of repossession.

Terrible experience! Had my car towed. They are very aggressive, sneaky people! Charged a fortune for "holding fee" "towing fee". Met guy in front of parking lot., in truck, cash only, no receipts.Not professional at all! Saw same man mishandling a man who was sitting in his car, while jerk was trying to tow him. Man couldn't speak english

Screw these people. Had an appointment to get my car and NO ONE WAS THERE. Cool dude, wasted my time driving there and taking time off work.

I cannot stand customer service like that, there is NO excuse for it. Screw these low lives.

Luckey 13 Recovery repo agent (Michael Holmes & Christine O'Leary (Holmes) do not follow any of the state laws. The police had been called for due to jumping a locked gate onto private land. He jimmied the car door and refused to get out after being told to leave. When the police arrived he did not get out of the car until the police said either get out or go to jail. He then argued with the police saying that the car was unlocked even though he still had the Slim Jim in his hand and that he didn't jump the gate even though there was no other way for him to get on the property. He was told he was breaking the law and would be arrested if he didn't leave. I know some repo guys get a bad rap because of the type work that they do but this company thinks that they are above the law and shouldn't get a bad rap for the type work that they do it should be for doing a bad job not having a bad job.
