MarÃa S.Vancouver, WA081Jul 16, 2023Great service. Arrived an hour before estimate. Professional, skilled, thorough. Would definitely use them again. Just not via Allstate Roadside which I'm terminating because of the tragically hilarious customer service. I had to make over six calls, each referring me to the next. I even got referred to a number that was a fax. It's 100° and Allstate screwed me repeatedly. Time to terminate. Anyway Lucky 13 helped make up for Allstate's failures. Once he arrived, the extreme inefficiency of Allstate Roadside began to dissipate. I was relieved to no longer need to "interact" with Allstate.
