Lutz Tree Service

We used them many years ago and recommended them to a neighbor. Big mistake!!!! Lutz tree service was working at our neighbor's when they caused severe damage to our yard which Mike practically refused to own up to. Mike was rude, condescending, obnoxious & disrespectful. Needless to say the damage to our yard was never repaired. He continued to lie about it even though he was right there when it happened. I would never recommend them, not even to come to my house and pull a weed. His workers are professional but Mike is just a rotten person all around and I wouldn't give him a penny! BEWARE!!!!

We had a tree that needed to come down for which the town was responsible due to its being less than 10 feet from the road. imagine my surprise when I just heard a chain saw cutting. no knock on the door. No introduction. Fine, I thought, but when "Mike" came up to talk to us, I started talking to him when he was about 20 feet away. He didn't laugh, he didn't point at his ear phones...no. He said why are you talking? I can't hear you.'. And he said it with a tone that was so condescending. when he finally removed his earphones, he put his index finger to his mouth and told us to 'shhhhhhhh,' he would talk first, which he did. When he was done talking, he turned on his dismissive heel, and started to walk away. When one of us had questions, and followed after him, he whirled around completely, cut her off and barked, 'why are you following me?!'. Well, the question was asked, but he answered said question over his shoulder while he walked away.

BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH LUTZ TREE SERVICE. The man who did the sawing was very nice, and clearly knew what he was doing. I felt bad for him having to work for such a condescending, rude man as was Mike. Lutz tree service will do the job, but God forbid you want to talk to Mike. He'll melt you with his gaze, and wither you with his terse conversation style, especially if you are a woman. Sad. They have people working for them who know what they're doing..

I feel compelled to say that since we didn't have to pay for this service, I suppose he could treat us any way that he wanted. A BIG thank you to our Town for providing this service. Sorry to Lutz Tree Service. We were going to have A LOT more work for you. Work which will now go to one of your competitors.

Owner Mike is nasty, rude and arrogant. Had to tell him to leave my property and threatened to call police. Then he acted like an idiot and kept pointing to the end of the driveway and asking me "this way?" , "this way?" Very UNPROFESSIONAL, BEWARE!!!
