I have gotten a few areas treated by Crystal and she is always so friendly and fun to talk to during the treatments. It is easy to schedule appointments with her and so far I have been very happy with the results!

Very disappointed with the laser hair removal services and the results. I purchased a Groupon from here and another laser hair removal place (for another area), so I was easily able to gauge the difference between what should and shouldn't be done. First off- she never once had me wear protective glasses and she never asked me any "medical" questions, like if I had changed medications or anything along those lines. So that already had me sort of suspicious of the quality of work she's doing, but the worst part was that there were never any results whatsoever. After all was said and done there was literally no diminishing hair, same old same old, just a waste of time and money. I do not recommend. The other place I went to had very noticeable results. Giving more than one star because the woman was very nice.

I am back three years later to say that Crystal is still awesome! I wouldn't go to anyone else for my laser hair removal needs. Thank you, Crystal!

I have been getting my laser hair removal done by Crystal for over 2 years, lol. I had to stop in the middle due to a pregnancy. I started to go to her because a previous laser company (now closed) did not have a laser for olive skin! They took my money, burned me, and never refunded what was not used! Be aware that not all lasers are created equal.

She is VERY AFFORDABLE! Do not waste your money at big companies. They cannot perform miracles and they lie to you about how 'quick' and 'easy' they can get rid of your hair. Eight to ten treatments is not realistic.

Crystal is very knowledgeable about laser hair removal. I highly recommend her services, especially if you have olive skin tone. Her laser shoots out a burst of cool air right before the laser hits your skin. I have done 6 full body treatments and my arms, back, and paper lip are pretty much clear of hair. My legs, bikini, and under arms need more treatments. Not all the hair on your body is the same and your hormone levels can ffect your hair growth. She will definitely be my laser girl for life!

Crystal was so professional and accommodating! I bombarded her with tons of questions before my appointment and she answered all my concerns. She is knowledgable in what she does and has a calming soul that put my at ease. She listened to me and made it as easy as it gets! I will be going back to her for other services as well. So glad i have found her.

Blondes beware!

Basically handed them $350 for nothing. I bought a groupon/ living social deal for $350 for a large area and ended up only getting a medium area......which if it worked was fine with me, but that wasn't the case.

Went in asking if blonde hair can benefit from laser hair removal and was told yes! And if not, we will give you back your money "we want you to be happy." Well 4 painful treatments later absolutely NO change. The hair has not thinned, the hair has not slowed in growth, and it was not removed! I have two reminaing treatments, but why would I go subject myself to pain and wasting time for nothing?!?!

I don't understand how a company can take $350 and not provide you any results.

Alyssa is the only reason I gave two stars. She saves the company, because she is sweet and the only one who ever returns your phone calls!

I get Lazer hair removal from Crystal. I am so happy and have had amazing results! Crystal is so kind, gentle, and professional through the whole process. The spa is clean and ambience id nice. Crystal's expertise and talent is worth every penny. I always walk away uplifted and happy.

I love this place!! Crystal is super friendly and very professional!! I've gone to 4 sessions already and I have already started to see AMAZING results!!! A lot of my hair has already died down plus the price is amazing and it's the cheapest that I've seen in Austin! I would definitely recommend this place to other people!

I had my first of hopefully many appointments with Crystal today. She is very professional and knowledgeable in laser treatments. She is also one of the nicest people I have ever met. I highly recommend you see her for all of your laser needs.
