Somewhat disappointed with my gel pedicure today. Overall, the experience was nice - the staff were friendly and polite, and the massage was nice. But the cuticle trimming and paint job were pretty sloppy. I actually think I might have done a better job myself, and I never say that. I didn't look closely until I after I left - my fault for not looking I guess. A bummer.

Luxe is the best! I've been to several nail salons over the past few years but stopped searching when I found Luxe. Everyone who works here is friendly, the place is very cute and clean and my nails always turn out even better than expected. Diem is super talented and can recreate pretty much any design I ask for. If you want Pinterest worthy nails this is the place!

IN LOVE - I wish I could pack it up and move it to Florida since I don't live here. It's a boutique, intimate style nail salon. We scheduled ahead to use all techs for a pre-wedding mani-pedi power hour(s) with the bride, moms, and a few of the bride's closest gals.

Michael is the man. Apparently I'm very high demand and rightfully so - a pedicure with him recharged me. No joke. Diem did my nails and they were stunning. Bride and I both did versions of builder gel, classic French and chrome finish for a nice classy/modern touch. It's lasted me already so long and looks so natural. Not only was everyone happy with the final product, but we had great conversation and enjoyed the hospitality of everyone. So kind. There is no question that this is the place to be in the Richmond area, whether you're a local or you're just passing through for an event.

Luxe nail spa is amazing! Great customer service and always professional. They do an amazing job on my nails. She is experienced and creative. I get builder gel on my nails and she has done intricate and delicate designs on them. I also take my daughter with me sometimes and she loves it too! I always get comments on how great my nails look. I would highly recommend this nail salon!

Diem is the best! My nails last a full month and a few times I've gone 6 weeks . I get the builder gel and love it. It does not lift like dip does. She's amazing at shaping and any designs you want. There are also other very talented nail technicians there if you can't get into Diem.
