The other lady's 1 star review is super unfair to the shop's rating as she states she's never even been a patron at this specific establishment. The other guy's complaint was about an ATM... lol

Ignore disgruntled reviewers, this is genuinely a great barbershop.

First off don't sign up for their messaging. I've texted STOP 3 separate times and they keep harassing me. 2 remember to bring cash since they haven't upgraded to any type of credit card machine and they will make you use the ATM they had placed in there so they make more money off of you. Pretty pitiful if you ask me. Haircut was ok, nothing to write home about especially since there are so many options out there for good barbershops. For the price I paid and for the experience I had I would recommend going somewhere else.

I have been going to Luxury Lounge Barbershop since salons were reopened after Covid and I have never gotten as many compliments on my hair as I have since I started going to Ronnie at LLB. They make you feel right at home when you walk in and I love the old school barbershop atmosphere but their top of the line cut and shaving tools they have. When you go make sure to get THE WORKS package and thank me later
