Luxury Nail Spa

Within the last year I've changed to this nail salon as my go to, having had a few bad experiences at others. Here they always do a great job with the dip manicure, staff is kind and efficient across the board. I usually have a different person each time and can't complain. I can say at other places I've had to wait forever or it takes entirely too long for them to do ur nails - here the experience is just what u want. often times I walk in and they can take me right away. The salon itself is very nice, well kept, with a relaxing ambiance. I highly recommend this salon.

Nice place, they kinda rush and move faster than I would like. Found some of my nails to be unevenly cut. Workers are nice though.

Welp, I did it! Called (1350hrs) to see if they are taking walk-ins, the male advised I needed an appointment (Pedicure and overlay). So I made an appointment for (1430hrs) was early so I understood I needed to wait a little.

Cleanliness: needs a lot of work, the stations were dirty. I WATCHED a lady get up finished her service and threw next female sat down to be serviced. Not spray, no wipe down nothing! After my Pedicure I did notice the male cleaned the bowl before putting someone else there. At the tables the towels look like they could be replaced or deep cleaned. I don't recall seeing and cleaner for the metal instruments used.

Pedicure Service: I can't understand the cost associated with this service. Didn't clean the feet, only soaked in extremely hot water. Used the scrub bar three passes on the foot to remove dead skin but never looked to see if there was dead skin (this part hurt since there was no dead skin). Well nails clipped and shapped were nice. Cuticles were cut as well, this was the best part for my service beside the three rubs on each foot. No real foot massage.

Moving right along to the nail care service, I can't say this was a manicure. Nails filed and cuticles cut, nails soaked in plain water. Then I was requested to wash my hands with no soap (ma'am said that again, so don't wash my hands just rinse them....smh), I asked for french manicure tips for my polish. Welp, no overlay but I was given gel polish. She took her time to get them perfect lines. However, paint was everywhere on my fingers after (photo)
Please note I walked in with healthy long nails (she noticed my nails and thought they were french tips already), she filed my nails to my skin so now I have SHORT nails. This has me annoyed!

Cost: unreal this place is over priced for the level of service provided. $105 for both services, yes I gave a tip. Just know that tips are paid via cash app or venmo, this was weird!

Overall: wasted money and overcharged for services yet I won't return nor recommend this place.

Visited Daniel for nails. I was definitely skeptical at first. Seemed very young. However his level of detail was impeccable. Gained a new customer! Atmosphere was okay. A lot of yelling and not as clean as the name Luxury but Daniel was amazing

I popped in for a gel pedicure... my chair massager was broken. Disappointing, sure... but uncomfortable, too, with the roller ball in the middle of my back.
The pedicure itself was meh.. the foot massage a joke. She literally drug her fingers over my calves for a few minutes.
The gel polish was so thick that in less that a week it was lifting and bubbling. A huge waste of $70.

Went to spa today and I was shock on extra cost. The prices is already high and on top of it , try adding 3% for using your card . You pay for a full set of nails and then you are charged extra 5.00 for them to be cut down plus 3% . If you want to get cash out ATM to avoid paying cash . You pay a fee to use machine plus bank fees . Just beware when patronage this business . We will not be back !!!

Ok, this is. Revised response. After a few DAYS of having my nails they began to chip and my French tip, the white at the tip, began to chip and flake off. My toes stayed perfect but, my finger nails didn't. I don't do any hard labor or scrubbing of anything other then dishes and the usual for this to happen. I just wanted to get pampered for a day so I got my nails done but, when I do my own nails at home they last me a very long time without chipping, flaking or lifting. My nails began to lift off my natural nails. Which was super disappointing. The leg massages were awesome. So that's a plus. But, over all as a mail tech myself,... I'm kind of disappointed honestly. the attitude was awesome !!! The inside was beautiful !!! It smelled so good and they allowed me to pick my own scent for my pedicure which smelled HEAVENLY. But, my nails were the main thing for me since I where sneakers for most of my days during the week. I ended getting some water in between the nails and my natural nail and they just kept popping off randomly while I was at work or at home but, not all the way. I had to file down a lot of chunks on my nails. Once I took it all off is when I was devastated. Because I saw that they had heavily damaged my natural nails. I had dents and scraped going across my nails. I can't get any manicures done or do them myself until my nails outgrow the damage done. please be careful Peeps !!!

The young guy who did my pedicure was very nice and personable. He talked me into the upgraded pedicure and I had to ask multiple times what the difference was because everything was very standard. I had to remind him before he polished that he never used the pumice stone (one of his selling points of the more expensive pedicure was callus removal!) he used the pumice stone all of 5 seconds! I had to ask for lotion at checkout since my feet felt more dry than when I arrived! I asked again what the difference was and he said the callus removal and I showed him how dry and rough my feet just were visibly and he said well sorry!

Let's start off saying that the floors are filthy they are towels are old and stained, they do not sanitize the tools.
They rush though regular mani and pedis that they don't do a though job.

Horrible service and extremely over priced. Came in for Fill in and Pedicure $105 for rushed and rude service. Went with my family who both had a horrible experience ripping off previous nails instead of soaking and designs nothing like the picture showed for $130!!
