fantasticservices! I always see this place and one day decided to stop in and see the facility and check prices. I was greeted by Candy and she was very nice. So, a few days later I made an appointment.
I received a pedicure and manicure with gel nail polish. Before I begin my review let me add that I like getting pampered also.

Pedicure- Amazing! The lady who did my pedicure was very thorough and her callus removal and massage were excellent.

Manicure/Gel Polish- Great! The cuticle work by Candy was good and she did an excellent polish job.

I notice things that others may not though. The nail soak: the nail soak should be something more than just plain water. It should contain an agent that cleans the nails also.

Also with the manicure I did receive a hand massage. The massage was included with the manicure.

Anyway, this is a very nice salon. It is clean, prices are reasonable, and I received excellent services. I will return.

I have been going here for about 3 months now for Acrylics and I go to Candy. My nails are great and I get compliments every time. She is always ready at my appointment time and I've never had to wait. I really like it here.

Note the dates on some of the previous reviews as the newer management is much better. I've been here several times and can say without hesitation that the experience is wonderful! I go to see Sue for manis and pedis and she is incredibly meticulous yet gentle. My nail shape is always perfect after Sue does her magic on them. Everything is clean and sterilized. Huge selection of colors, including gel and dipping powder. There's easy parking nearby. Well worth the price for the quality (which are still very reasonable- $60 for a mani/pedi combo). Pro tip: bring cash for a tip.

I go here for haircuts from Hannah! She has cut my hair for 20+ years & there is a reason. I can't recommend Hannah enough!

This is a wonderful nail salon! I am a hairstylist so my nails get quite beat up and I'm able to stretch to every three weeks for fills and maintenance. The environment is clean and calm and their color selection is amazing!

I can't believe the experience I had at this salon.
I live right next door and was so excited to find a new place and I walked out of there feeling so cheated and upset.

I called prior to coming and spoke to Kandy- who recently took over the salon. I told her exactly what I wanted done and asked for prices. I wanted their most basic pedicure and a full set of acrylics with regular nail polish.
She said it was $30 for the pedicure and $40 for the full set with regular polish.
I asked if they had any discounts and she said they were offering 20% off at this time. So I said great and made my appointment for 1pm for my friend and I to get the same things.

I show up and she confirmed that it was her that I spoke to and she directed us to sit to get our pedicures. I reiterated that I wanted a regular pedicure. Then made sure to relay the information to the people who were doing the actual pedicures. They acknowledged and said ok. After about three minutes of the start of our pedicure, they handed us each a laminated sheet with different scents on them and told us we had to pick which one we wanted. And we said ok, made our choice and continued on with the service. (Please wait till the end)

While I was getting my pedicure, I was talking to my friend about the different colors that I wanted to do on my hands. The people doing our pedicure handed me a basket of sample color wheels of nails that were painted on acrylics for me to choose from. I told them I was doing regular nail polish. They said yes. And then I asked again right after if these were all regular, or if they were gel. They said "no, not gel. Those are regular." So I said ok thank you and spent the rest of the time for my pedicure choosing what colors I wanted since I was trying to match what I saw somewhere online.

The guy who did my pedicure brought the colors over to Kandy (the new owner) who was now starting my nails. Again, just to make sure I reiterated exactly what I wanted, as I am aware that at nail salons they always try to up-sell you.

I looked at the colors and saw that they were gel bottles and then said this is not what I asked for and made it very clear that I was doing regular nail polish. They tried to convince me that it was only $10 more for gel, and honestly at that point I agreed to it because I had spent so much time choosing the colors already. I knew there was a 20% discount on it and I made my peace with the fact that I was getting gel on my nails even after making is VERYYYYY clear that is not what I wanted.

After I was finished, I went to pay and Kandy said my total was $88. I said-"I'm sorry. That can't be right. It was supposed to be $30 pedicure, plus $50 full set with gel, and then 20% off on top- making my total $64.
She said no they didn't do the basic pedicure. And I said "I'm sorry?? That's what I asked for, MULTIPLE times. I spoke to YOU on the phone, and then again confirmed when I came in. I then told both people doing our toes what we wanted. That is not ok."
And she said "well they already did it so.. " and then just charged me.

In addition to the AWFUL feeing I had leaving there and the ridiculous amount of money I spent, this is what my $60 pedicure looked like an hour later.. please see photos attached.

I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. They could've had so many recommendations from me and instead I will make sure that no one I care about goes there.

Unfortunately, our last few pedicures have been very disappointing. They were rushed, and the VolcanoSpa products caused skin break-outs on our legs. We're sad to experience this, but we owe it to ourselves to find a new place for our pedicures that sticks to high quality standards and uses quality products.

If you want your gel nails to chip after 3 days this is the spot! $40 to get chipped nails! All I wanted was one color and during the time I was there, I had to tell her to shape them, cut more evenly and paint the side of my nails. I shouldn't have to tell them this...I mean you work at a nail salon. I got them on a Friday night and by Monday one of them had already chipped and another was starting to. I was annoyed and now I had to go back and get them redone. When I came back, I didn't get the same lady because I didn't remember who it was and she didn't look too happy to fix my nails. She barely fixed my nails, the second time was almost as bad. There's bubbles in my nails and its uneven. It's been a week and a few more have chipped.

Don't come here unless you want a bad gel job. Gel nails should last week well over a week! They rushed everything and did such a bad job. I definitely won't be returning.

First of all, Tammy is amazing. She's so sweet and helpful. I enjoyed getting my nails done with her.

I can't say the same about the other technicians. They are always RUDE and in a hurry. I once asked a nail technician why she was rushing, since I was the only one there on a Monday afternoon with NO ONE there, and she started SCREAMING at me. Seems like this place needs a lesson in customer service. I will never go back here. Oh also the rude technician CUT my cuticles and I was bleeding. I asked her to please be gentle and she was in her own angry world. No thank you.
