Clean, cute location, with extremely nice stylist that know what they're doing! My hair was dead, breaking looking like straw! Now is silky, smooth full of life and shine!!

I love this salon, the LV team are all very friendly and make you feel right at home! The staff assist each other which makes your appt go a little quicker, which is nice! I usually don't really know what I want done with my hair, they just know what to do, and I leaving feeling amazing! It's a nice feeling to walk into a place and trust that your going to love the end product!

This place is AMAZING! Very professional and still relaxed, friendly and fun. Leslie is an genuine artist! She suggested highlights and then hand selected several different shades of extensions for me. She had a vision and knew exactly how to execute it. It was a pleasure watching her work her magic. Ashley, Kianna and Mea were all in on the project as well; each offering their own talents. They truly are all a team! I haven't done anything to my hair in years and have never had extensions either. It was so fun to just let go and put my trust in them all to just go for it. I'm beyond thrilled! Great job ladies! I'll be back again soon for sure!

I really enjoyed my free consultation with Leslie.
She went over all the different types and brands of extensions they offer and the pros and cons of each as well as the pricing so I could make an informed decision.
Upon arriving for my actual appointment we went over a few things, chose our course of action and I was pleased to receive a printed price quote of my services before we began. What a nice touch. No surprises when it's time to whip out your wallet at the end.
I've never done a review for anything before so hopefully this is helpful for anyone looking for a great salon. Definitely the go to place for extensions! I couldn't be happier!

Extremely unprofessional salon. I got hair extensions a couple months ago by Leslie. I spent $600 on hair extensions and they KEPT my hair!!! I expect when I buy something I would get the entirety of the product I paid so much for. When I approached her several days later, remembering I saw the hair on the tray and noticing some holes in my head, she denied having any more. Then I called her today asking for the name of the brand of the hair and the tape bc I was noticing my hair was RUINED from the tape. She refused to come to the phone or tell me the name of the brand. Her assistant told me that they can't divulge the brand!! SHADY SHIT!! I paid $600 and you can't tell me the name of the brand I paid for?!? You know it's a shady business when they won't tell you the products they use. ANYWHERE BUT HERE IS BETTER. Not only is this place a rip off but they don't take care of their clients. They charge you a ton.
I found a place in downtown Los Gatos for half as much, super sweet people who confirm this is not how things are done in the hair extension world. I guess the saying "You can't please everyone" is true in this case. Based on her story, we have a very different experience and stand by our work 100%. What we do know is that when this customer left, she was happy and satisfied.
She got her extensions on 7/27/18 (over 14 weeks ago). There is a simple explanation to her comment that we kept her hair. She paid for 20 sandwiches of hair (2 packs). However, we often use several colors because we pride ourselves on the perfect match. This means that we may mix and match 4 different packs of hair (different colors), but the client leaves with the total amount of hair (sandwiches) that they paid for. We explain to clients that we will be using several different colors in advance and because we do so many extensions, we have the ability to offer this higher level of service. I have never had a client not understand or appreciate this courtesy.
We always schedule first time extension clients with a complementary first wash appointment. What this is a time for us to show new clients how to properly care for their new extensions. We begin with a wash, blow dry and style, all the while, going over what they need to do at home to be successful with their new set of extensions. Also, at this time, if they are having any issues we can address them right away. Sometimes, new customers need a little time to get adjusted to their new hair length and added volume. So, for the past 30 years that I have been doing extensions, this has been a very successful program and I know that our new customers appreciate it. Important point --FELICIA DID NOT SHOW UP for her FREE first wash appointment and that is the last time we heard from her until she called recently, so her statement about "approaching her several days later" is false.
Leslie was tending to a client when Felicia called and her assistant asked to take a message and have Leslie call back when she was available. However, Felicia told her assistant that it was very rude that he wouldn't give her that information. Leslie's assistant is very new and he did not know that information requested, especially because the salon does so many different methods of extensions. Tape extensions do not damage hair as long as they are rebonded within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on how fast the client's hair grows. Damage comes when the client leaves their extensions in too long or doesn't care for them properly. However, we explain this to all of our customers.
Regarding her comment that our salon is a rip off and shady, extensions are a luxury and can be expensive, period. She was PRICE QUOTED before we started the service. So, Felicia knew how much her service would cost upfront and that maintenance would be required. Plus, it is true that we don't take phone calls during client services as that would be disruptive to the client currently sitting in the chair.
There is a broad range of price for extensions from inexpensive to very premium. We offer more than 7 different methods of human hair extensions to give our clients a full range of options. However, we stay away from some lower cost extensions because these often tangle, have thick tape, or do not blend well in your natural hair. Plus, we are experts with extensions and stand behind our brands and are upfront with our pricing and price quote every client, including her. If you look at our other reviews, you can tell that we have many satisfied clients.
Despite what she is alleging, Felicia was NOT "SCAMMED" here. She was price quoted up front before the service. If she is insinuating that we damaged her hair, she definitely wore the extensions far too long past their recommended life without a proper rebond or removal. Also, she DID NOT SHOW UP to her free first wash appointment or call with any concerns prior to contacting us recently after over 3.5 months past her appointment to ask us what method we used on her; so she had no intent to give us an opportunity to help her with concerns other than to rant on Yelp.
If she thought that our prices were too high for what she valued them at, it would have been better for both parties had she shopped around and chosen a stylist that better fit her budget without attempting to discredit our good name with an erroneous review of our business.
