Terrible customer service with Pam & Trey. I recently purchased a newly built townhome with a year warranty on the flooring. I called them due to the unnatural horizontal lines in the flooring and both Pam & Trey were very condescending and rude. Each of them remarking on how I'm the only owner to notice, and Pam asking if I'm only the renter so why should I care, then Tray asking why'd I purchase a home with flooring I didn't like. They said this is how the tiles all look, Pam reminded me these were the cheapest ones anyway. So I guess this is acceptable to them. Good luck, but I would never pay to use this company if given the choice. Terrible work and service. Not to mention there are areas where some of the tiles are loose!
