I solicited several estimates from various companies and selected Oscar Rodriquez's company for several reasons. First off he was prompt and immediately contacted me, secondly, he was professional and businesslike and thirdly, he provided the most economically reasonable quote of the four received. After all the details were worked out, his outstanding crew arrived to complete the installation with knowledge and expertise.

Efficiency, affordability, and professionalism should be the motto for Cover Fence!!! Great job Oscar....there's additional work to do and you're the business to do it!!!

My initial communication with Cover Fence didn't start off well, in part due to timing. However, Oscar, did follow up with context and even stopped by my home to drop off his business card and brochure.
In the end, we are unable to work together because we are outside of their coverage zone. I do think this is a business that cares greatly about their customers and providing quality service. I admire that even when a mistake is made they take the feedback and do what they can to make things right. I am sad that we can not work together, given all their awesome work for fellow Yelpers, but if you are in their service area I would recommend giving them a call.

Started out great . Rep responded quickly via Yelp. Rep requested contact info and called me that day to begin talks about the project. The rep agreed to come by that day since his office was near my area. The rep never showed or even bothered to call to inform he was running late or to reschedule which I would have been fine with. The reps name was Oscar. Extremely unprofessional.
Your review reply is a lie. Sad that you cannot accept you made a mistake. Your number is on my call log dated 11/19/20 @ 4:17pm. I would not recommend your company. I have already received services from a reputable company. Thanks.

Hired them to do a fence two years ago and they did a really good job so naturally I tried to hire them to do a fence in my front yard too. Oscar came out for a quote, gave me a quote a few weeks later, and then just ghosted me. Literally stopped responding to texts, calls and everything. If you don't want a job, just be straight forward and honest instead of just up and disappearing. Not a good move and not very professional.

I ended up getting my front fence done by someone else and the craftsmanship that went into that fence blew away the work that a Cover Fence did on the back.

A word of advise Oscar: call your potential clients back, especially the ones that are willing to pay a premium for a fence.

We recently rescued a dog and realized she needed a lot of space to run, we needed more fencing. Luckily, we've had a decent winter and after calling 5 places, 2 called back and Oscar was the bomb. We had a fence in 2 weeks. I can't thank him enough for how kind, reasonable and understanding he was.

Look no where else, trust worthy and honest and awesome job to his team!!!

I've been attempting to reach out to Oscar for over a year in an attempt to get them to fix a problem that I've had with my vinyl fence since pretty much right after it was installed in May 2019 . FINALLY after numerous phone calls and emails, in about the month of May 2021 , Oscar responded , was apologetic and blamed the delay on a Covid issue. He requested a few photos of the fence issue be sent to him and promised to fix the issue within 2-3 weeks. Photos were immediately sent to Oscar . It is now almost November 2021 and the fence is still faulty , and there has been no attempt to fix it , no resolution ,nor has there been an follow up from Oscar or any representative from Cover Fence . More emails and phone calls have been placed , yet once again there is no response. Sad to have to take it to this level for a fix that given the proper materials, would probably take about 5 minutes and be very inexpensive. Calling BBB next .

Cover Fence installed my fence today and I'm really happy with the work. I had a rickety chain link fence and the new vinyl fence looks fabulous. Oscar handled my quote proposals and with the delays in materials due to Covid, there was a wait time for the vinyl, which I was quite happy with. The materials came in several weeks earlier than expected so I got the install done ahead of schedule.

They handled the permit with the city so that was one less thing for me to deal with. This company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They came in, installed the fence, cleaned up and it looks great. Amazing how much a good fence changes the look of a property.

I'll probably never need another fence, having opted for the vinyl, but if I ever did, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I have to say that I am extremely pleased At how my fence turned out. After much shopping around and estimates I decided to go with cover fence based not only on the Yelp reviews but on the prompt response and attention from Oscar. He was great And was Very responsive to all the questions I had. Not only did they come in at a very reasonable price, their customer service is second to none. I am always skeptical on companies because at first they are great and once you sign the contract that's another story. But I can honestly say that they kept their word and I am extremely pleased with how it turned out. Thanks Oscar for having the work done on time and exactly how we wanted it. As soon as we are ready to start the larger fence project you will be the go to guy hands down. I highly recommend them.

This company did write back and their findings and price seemed good, but the message must have been sent to my junk mail because I didn't see it until after I got my fence door repaired by another company. I give it 3 stars because I didn't use them, but what they offered was good.

We contacted Cover Fence Corporation to put an opening between us and our neighbor. Oscar, responded to our initial request quickly and professionally. He understood exactly what we wanted. His crew was able to do everything in the short time frame we needed and the cost was reasonable. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing either a new fence or repairs.
