Mac's Discount Glass

I thought I had already posted my review here but I guess I didn't finish. It's been awhile since but I had two vehicles that new windshields were installed. They were done fast and done with quality and half the price that safelite quoted me. Thank you and sorry for the delay in this review.

Excellent service, value and quality work.
We had the glass in our slider replaced due to the seal broke causing fogginess. This local family owned business was very responsive, returning my call right away and scheduling an appointment within a few days. When the owner came out for a free estimate, he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. We had our appointment for installation within the week and everything went smoothly. They are professional, honest, and trustworhy.

While trying to beat the most recent rainstorm, I shattered my patio door with a flying rock while mowing the lawn. I put in a project request on Yelp and Mac's responded within the hour with a reasonable quote and was available to come out the next day (which happened to be my only day off work) to take measurements at 4pm. Other companies' bids were significantly higher at $750 to $900+. Gloria, in the office, was excellent with communicating that they had some cancellations and reached out to arrange a new time, in between my many appointments! She called again when the glass arrived and it was installed within a week of the accident! Erick came to oversee and was diligently teaching his son how to install the glass. They did a great job with my kids watching and playing in the backyard. The guys vacuumed up all the broken glass and polished the new one before leaving. Great to know this is a family business that will continue to do things right in the future. Definitely recommend them for best price, clear communication and professionalism!!

I had a wooden door with glass that had shattered. Looked around everyone was asking $300+ for this small fix. Mac's was able to give me such a great deal for $100 less! They had my door inspected, new glass ordered, and installed within a week. They also allowed me to use contactless payment which was another bonus in my book! Worth every penny.

Erick worked with me on availability, told him that the timeframe he had available didn't work and that I had prior engagements then said he's mobile as well and offered to come to me. Everything worked out, went on with my day while he replaced my windshield where I was at the time!! Recommend Ericks business for value, peace of mind and quality of his businesses services. I sent a bunch of quote requests for a windshield replacement through Yelp and Mac's was the best price. I looked at their website and it was also very informative so I made an appointment. Erick (owner) came to South Sacramento on time and replaced my windshield in about an hour. He was easy going and did a great job. Erick explained what I should/should not do since the glass needed to adhere properly over the amount of time explained.

He did a good job with no mess. I was able to pay with my credit card which made things easy.

Messaged them through Yelp yesterday and they arrived at my work this morning to replace my windshield. Erick was extremely friendly and very professional. My windshield looks amazing now. Would definitely recommend them!

Was able to schedule an appointment via text. They came out to me and repaired my car glass window in about 30 minutes and vacuumed up my car. About 2.5 times cheaper than the quote I got from Safelite. They were friendly as well. Would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Mac's Discount Glass, they were very professional, polite, and on time. I needed my car window done as soon as possible and they were able to fit me in their schedule and have it done on a timely manner. They have the best value in my opinion. I highly recommend them.
