Lovely nail salon with very sanitary practices! I made an appointment a day ahead. They were ready for me when I arrived. Two experienced technicians began working on my manicure and pedicure. I paid extra for shoulder, neck and leg massages. It was worth every penny! I have a painful corn and callus that the technician worked to reduce. I really appreciated that! I was very pleased with my entire visit. By the way, the owner told me that Mondays are the best day to come in. I was there on a Monday afternoon. Looking forward to pampering myself at this nail salon again!

Although the location was great, place was clean and the staff was super friendly .. the gel manicure did not reflect the price. please see my photo.. the gel was spotty, lumpy and patchy. You need to up the quality to reflect the prices you are charging.

gel mani. not impressed. For $40 their gel mani needs to be great and it was not.

Just got one of the worst manicures of my life at Mademoiselle. A gel manicure with, I'm not kidding, six layers, none of which are even or smooth.

I started dropping with sweat because the manicurist put my hands under the UV light so many times. We could both tell it wasn't working (the light was flickering) but she kept talking over me when I tried to point it out. My nails came out looking terrible and when I showed her she just kept saying the price and then admitted the UV machine was broken to a fellow manicurist after she refused to give me a refund.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE HEAP. I can only afford manicures every once and a while and I completely wasted it here.

Lumpy, chunky, patchy gel manicure less than five minutes after the manicurist told me it was great and refused to give me a refund.

This was my first time. Being new to Eagle Rock I wanted to find a local place to get my mani pedis and I think I found a winner . Everyone was kind. friendly, and I was able to get in right away. Prices were really reasonable too. I loved V, he is such a kind and helpful man. I love my new cat eye

Van is mean and rude and rough. She has twisted my fingers while painting even tries to skip the cuticle cutting and almost cut me. When I tried to ask her politely a question she ignored me 5 times until I asked again and she barked at me. WTH!

I recently stopped in for gel removal and was assisted by a gentleman named "V". From the moment I walked in, he stopped what he was doing and walked me over to a station to began his work. He was quick and even cut and filed my nails at no extra cost. He was accommodating and precise, which makes me think he's probably great at full manicures as well.

      See you soon!

Incredible service, the kindest people, great prices and loved how my toes turned out. They spent a lot of time on the 3 people I went with and were very friendly and patient. Highly recommend :)

This place can be hit or miss. Unfortunately today was a miss. This is probably the worst manicure I have ever had. Also unfortunately for them, there have been just too many misses, and not enough hits. Luckily my pedicure was good but I'm very frustrated that the manicure looks this bad.

Update: I decided to return and have the gel removed. They did so graciously, and additionally gave me a gift certificate for another gel manicure. I suppose everyone has an off day, including nail stylists.

I have to say there is A LOT to say about good customer service.

This place is ok, not my favorite.

Sitting here as I type, with my pedicure drying, and I feel it's fair to state the following:

-They were friendly when I walked it without an appointment.
-They have a good assortment of Essie colors.
-They promptly sat me in the only open massage chair, and waited for about 10 minutes for a pedicure (not bad for a full place)
      -The place seems pretty clean.
-For just a pedi it's $19 to use a card.
-The pedicure overall is just so-so. The older woman with purple glasses who helped me today barely said a word and the whole thing was rushed. She was rough with the cuticle scissors and pumice, and then sloppy with the paint, using her finger nail to attempt correction on each nail. I stopped her before the top coat and pointed out that she'd painted my cuticle on each nail, and she reluctantly fixed all of them with a small brush and remover.
      -Maybe I'll come back..? Idk.

What do you do when your kid is at Karate next door? Take your daughter for NAIL TIME!!! I have been here once before but it's not really in my neighborhood so never went back. Decided on a whim to do nails here last week.

Both my little 8 year old diva and I were happy with the work they did. She got a manicure with a cute little flower. I got a standard toe job. They have a good selection of colors. Good chairs that give you a pretty good massage (some places have crappy chairs). There is not a lot of chatter going on in the shop and they take walks ins.

I will definitely be back during karate class! :)
