Last minute mommy and daughter pedicure! Didn't disappoint! Nice, friendly, and did a great job! The ladies were so kind and made my daughter comfortable. We don't get our nails done often, but will be back!

I'm sorry to have to give such a low rating for them, but there was just too many things that were bad with my pedicure to ignore. This isn't normal spot I go to for pedicures, but the place I normally go to couldn't get my in last min so I tried here.

First, I was told to sit in pedicure chair before there was water or even a plastic cover in the tub. How am I supposed to sit in the chair without putting my feet in the unsantized tub? Not the biggest deal, but that was my first clue on what was to come.

Then while she was cutting my cuticles it was rather painful, and she seemed to cut really quickly without much care. I

The worst part however was the callous removal. I have pretty bad callouses, and this is the main reason I get pedicures. Usually, whatever stuff they put on your callouses is covered with a plastic cover or something, but thing time it was only covered with a paper towel. Maybe it doesn't make much different but it feels cheap. That isn't even what bothered me though, again with the cuticle cutters, she started cutting at the bottom of my feet! Again, I know I have bad callouses but that tool is DEF NOT the tool you use on the bottom of someone's foot! She legitimately cut me! (see pic).

Lastly, the other unforgivable offense is that my polish was terrible done! There were gaps on both toes where the polish didn't cover all the way up to the cuticle that I pointed out, and instead of redoing the toes, or at least adding a new coat with a new top coat, she just slabbed a little more on each toe , still leaving the gaps, but now on top of things the polish was no longer even. I mean... could she not see??

Probably the worst pedicure I've ever gotten, and next time I'll wait for my regular spot to have an opening.

I have to say I love coming here for mani and pedicure! I love Stacey and her Lina they are great! It's such a nice warming environment. I love getting pampered by this two wonder ladies! They are the best and work around schedule... Open late hours sometimes with the best customer service This place is always clean and they sanitized!

Love this nail salon! I always feel welcome and pampered here. Vy, the owner, does a beautiful gel manicure that never chips on me and I've had pedicures from almost all of the other ladies there and it's always a good experience. Highly recommend this spot!

I come here all the time and get the best service. The vibe is quiet and calm and I never have to deal with people chatting obnoxiously. The customer service is great and so are the prices. Mademoiselle is a gift to myself!

Decided to get a quick pedicure and waxing while I was in Eagle Rock. So glad I discovered this nail salon. Everything was very clean, staff was nice, patient and polite. I appreciate that they are taking temperature during covid and doing extra careful sanitation. A lot of places don't. Attention to detail is great. Vivian and Leena were great!

Friendly and good service. Always clean and inviting. I asked for their opinion on nail shape and they were right. On the other hand, they don't question my choices - no color, no extras.
