This place is running a Groupon scam you pay on Groupon then they say that the deal ended and you can pay them I was unaware and I didn't check google but now that I have I see I'm not the first person they have done this to and it's been years of scamming this is foul and wrong stay away from this place

Terrible customer service!

I spoke with Calvin after purchasing a Groupon for a couple's massage. He said they were booked until the 10th and at that time online booking would be available and I should book that way.

On the 10th I used their online booking and was happy to find an appointment available that day. I booked, received a confirmation email, and my fiancee and I headed to our appointment. The sign said open but the doors were locked. We waited an hour, called and left a message twice AND facebook messaged them with a photo of the "open sign" on the door and our confirmation.

I got in touch with Calvin later that afternoon. He said that online booking didn't start until the 11th (despite it being available) and that my confirmation email wasn't valid...even though it said my appointment was "all set" and listed a time and details for cancellations. When I began to get upset, he hung up on me! Inexcusable.

I am a senior citizen with disability.
My appointment, made through Groupon, was at 7:00 pm. I arrived at 6:50 pm. They said I would have a ONE HOUR wait. Apparently they had a walk-in or higher cash paying customer and apparently they decided to put me in waiting. I objected. Then they told me they will not see at all and asked I can seek a refund from Groupon. At my age and being disabled I wanted to sit down to rest and they said I will have to PAY A $30.00 SITTING FEE !!! How cruel and ridiculous !!!

My boyfriend got us a couples massage. The couples massage is one at a time but there's an awesome relaxation room with a killer massage chair. Calvin, our therapist was excellent! He actually listened to my special needs and delivered. Had no problems with customer service even though we were a little late. Would totally recommend! We were members to massage envy and have had tons of massages. This one was one of the best for me.

Very poor customer service. I should have read the reviews here first. I scheduled online which was fine but woke up with a fever day of massage. Called and could not speak to a human or leave a voice message. Texted and got a call back. Explained the situation and the response was a $26 rebooking fee at next service because I didn't cancel 48 hours prior. I wasn't sick 48 hours ago. I asked what would happen if I came In and he said it would be canceled as they cannot massage if you are sick. He kept blaming the online system - why use it if you cannot provide adequate customer service? So there is no way around it except Groupon great customer service which gave me my money back. Avoid this place!

Disappointing policies about trying to rebook and reschedule even with emergencies. After I had a flat tire, I wouldn't have time for a full massage. So I tried to honor the slot and pay for another service. I would then reschedule at a different time. Unfortunately, the company does not have any perspective of compassion or customer services. They refused to make any accommodations for the other appointment or explain that the only changes for appointments can occur on StyleSeat. Save your time and just got to Harmony Massage.

Took my wife for a surprise couples massage from groupon and it was very well done! Excellent customer service and the massage room with the chair while we waited for our room to be ready was a very enjoyable experience! We were asked our preference on key areas and comfortable pressure levels. Booking was smooth and easy online. Look forward to going back in the near future!!

My husband and I recently used a Groupon for a couples massage here. When we arrived, the patrons told us they were finishing up with another customer, so we were guided to the "snooze room" where there were two very nice massage chairs. It was about half an hour later when we were taken to the massage room. We were both very pleased with the quality of the massage itself.
I would've given this four stars if the booking experience had been smoother. We did initially set up a time online, however the times shown do not necessarily mean that they are available. We got a call to say the time we requested was already booked, so we scheduled for two weeks later. Once the time came, we found out there was a miscommunication about which time our appointment was set. They asked us if we wanted to reschedule, but regardless we would still be charged the cancellation fee. This situation probably could have been avoided if they were in the habit of sending confirmation emails once appointments were confirmed online. After we rescheduled, everying went smoothly.

I'll be honest. I was given a Groupon as a Christmas gift and was excited. But, the process of trying to get answers and ultimately book the session was very frustrating. I ended up not booking. Anyhow, the owner, Calvin, personally called and apologized. That said a lot about his character so I'm giving them 4 stars for that.
