My interaction with Maestro was very pleasant. I didn't come to him for any alterations or tailoring. I received these new pants made from modal/spandex and they ripped right when I tried them on. I was so upset. However, I called Maestro and he said "bring them at noon tomorrow" so I did just that. He looked at the pants and said "oh" in a surprisingly easy manner. He fixed them up in less than 5 minutes. Maestro is such a pleasant soul and he doesn't need to be working anymore. However, he still does. I will continue to do business with him if I ever need a seamstress. I do recommend.

I had a holiday party and Sargon was able to meet a tight deadline and deliver flawless execution to suit alterations. Sargon was knowledgeable, patient and very kind. Highly recommended him for any of your tailoring needs!

Be Warned... I should have been more aware of the negative reviews as these are nearly exact to my experience. We brought in two brand new suits for simple alterations. Was assured he was a tailor for over 30 years... trust him. He even wanted to take in one dress shirt so it was 'perfect'. Charming man at first but... went to pick up my suit on day he said it would be done and he hadn't even started it. His attitude quickly turned bad and told me that he 'wasn't a dry cleaner tailor' and good work takes time! Well I was happy to give him time which ended up being two weeks. Picked up suits today and he ruined brand new suits and one shirt! Only sewed back two buttons on each sleeve which look horrible, the shortened cuff looks nothing like it should, just turned up so fabric is seen on one cuff. Hems on pants are puckered. Nothing was pressed so the wax marks he made are still there. Wanted to keep shirt so he would press but did nothing. The other suit is worse! He sewed the vent of the cuff shut completely and then asked he said 'I give you a different look'. The look is inferior and certainly NOT that of a tailor! The shirt he decided to take in 'for free' is absolutely ruined. He cut the sides and then serged them so everything is exposed and the hem isn't even. Added HUGE darts in back [that he didn't pin while we were there] which made the shirt much too tight to wear... and there is a huge stain on the back like he spilled coffee or something. Had to go back twice to retrieve the buttons so we can go elsewhere to hopefully get done so they are wearable. A few photos below of what we ended up with. My suit had a vest which was MUCH too big but he said 'thats the style' and he tied the back and knotted it when I came to pick up. He is not at tailor! Be warned! He spends a lot of time being charming and having you look in his mirror telling you how to pose, how to put your hands in your pockets while lifting up your jacket...All this is to distract you from the inferior workmanship! Think twice about going here if you have special or pricey items. He may be good for a hem or two but he is NOT a tailor. I wish I could post photos of the work he did...but they won't upload for some reason!

I dropped off a two pairs of pants a month ago for light alterations and have been trying to pick them up for the past two weeks! Every time I go, they are closed! They do not answer the phone, do not return my messages and never seem to be open during their posted hours! Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience!

Got my blue suit expanded a bit and sleeves shortened. Maestro is such a pleasant guy, and he did a fantastic job, suit fits great!!! It's amazing to think someone can take a suit apart and make it fit right. It's magic!

Maestro is the best. He's been doing this for a long time and is a wizard in his craft. He is kinda pricey, but he's quick and neat. He honestly taught me a few things about how to style properly and gave me a free tie.

Sargon is the real deal, a serious tailor who knows how clothes should fit and does a great job making everything just right. I brought in a pair of trousers that needed taking in all over. He fixed them up perfectly and at a very reasonable price. He also clearly loves his work and is fun to talk to. It's hard to find this kind of service these days. I will definitely be back.

I bought a new suit and brought it here thinking it may need some altering, though I wasn't certain. Sargon had me try it on and spent several minutes describing how and why it fit perfectly and did not need any alterations. So, I can't speak to his skill as a tailor, though I suspect he's a master, but he certainly is an honest man with a great personality (and a cute little shop). I was able to finally force a tip into one of his employees hands after his repeated refusals. If I ever need a tailor, I will absolutely be going to Sargon's shop. He's a Maestro.

Maestro is a pro! If you need anything altered, go see him. I was fortunate enough to find him and going forward, I'll take everything to him. He was extremely knowledgable, fast and MUCH more reasonably prices than other places I called.
