If I could give them no stars I would by far the worst balloon people. We stoped to get my son a balloon they all had crappy attitudes and we're very rude. My son asked for a rabbit and it looked like the girl just twisted up two balloons saying it was a rabbit my son could of done better. Also they didn't have change for a five and they all had crappy attitudes and told me to just go to the atm and pull money out. We will never get stupid crappy balloons from them again. I also don't think they should be in the mall anymore if they are going rude people and have no customer service skills
