Magic Lock and Key

After looking at the yelp reviews for a locksmith, we decided to call Magic Lock and Key. They were local and a long time Santa Clarita Valley business.

We left a message, and Rafi called right back. We set a time for him to come out. He arrived as expected and completed the job faster than we expected. We did receive many quotes from other locksmiths on Yelp, and Rafi was very reasonable.

Will definitely use his services again as needed and would definitely refer him to our friends and neighbors.

Magic indeed! Rafi is the magic man. I locked myself out of my house on Saturday morning. No worries, I thought. I have a membership at XYZ, and I'll just call them. Lo and behold, they only offer home lockout for premium members. So sad,too bad, for me, I'm not a premium member. So the panic starts. I'm supposed to meet my friend at 10 AM. I called around for a locksmith and found Magic Lock and Key. Tah da! Rafi returned my call within minutes, gave me a quote, and was at my house in 30 minutes, and I was off to meet my friend at the farmers market 15 minutes later. Thanks, Rafi, you are the best! I highly recommend Magic Lock and Key.

Wow! We called, Rafi answered right away. We told him the issue we were having with our front door and he said he would come by in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he was knocking on our door. Within 1/2 hour our door was fixed. In today's world to have that kind of response time and service is truly amazing. Would 10/10 recommend his company again.

Called Rafi @ Magic Lock and Key and even though it wasn't an emergency, he came over within an hour or so. He was friendly - loved dogs too (!) - and knew how to get the job done quickly, efficiently and reasonably. No BS, or upselling. Repaired an older lock that someone else might have had to replace. Highly recommend!

Very fast response to my lock issue. Price was the same as my service call would be with my home warranty and he could come immediately. So I agreed and he took care of my issue for the price quoted. Writing the review so I remember next time I need a lock smith.

I called Magic Lock and Key and Rafi gave me a decent price quote and came out within 20 minutes to unlock a closet door. He was quick, clean, courteous, friendly and got the door unlocked efficiently.

Reliable, honest and fast! Probably the fairest price in SCV . I requested help and on the same day, we got great Service!
Rafii will be my guy to go to in Santa Clarita. Service call was 85$ to come out. I called couple of locksmith and they were like "don't waste our time, not worth it to come out for just one lock". Everyone's a Jacob now (Karen's husband).

My mailbox key got stuck in the lock, it still turned the lock, but it wouldn't come out, making my mailbox public. Rafi came out the next day, arrived right on time, and had the lock changed in a few minutes.
