Worst towing company I ever used! On 4/20/22, I called for a tow truck because my small Ford Ranger Pickup had a flat. I was advised by Alex that the upfront fee would be $79.00, and that if the trip was less than 5 miles I would not be charged for mileage; and that the rest of the fee would be between $45.00 and $80.00. I paid the $79 over the phone. When the tow truck arrived, there were 2 people, a male & female. I had parked my car in a handicapped spot with no cars on either side. The driver asked for my key. He proceeded to get in my truck and drove my truck WHILE IT WAS FLAT and parked it right behind his tow truck. It took them less than 3 minutes to load it. There was plenty of space for the tow truck to have backed up to my vehicle. I told him he should not drive it cause it was flat and he could ruin the tire & rim and he said "nothing will happen." I drove with the driver in his truck and he proceeded to drive to Discount Tires in McKinney which is only 2.8 miles from my place where he picked up my truck. When we got there he again asked for my key, he unloaded my vehicle and again DROVE IT WHILE FLAT into a parking space at the tire business. Then he charged me $193.00 more! For a drive that was only 2.8 miles and after he drove my vehicle WHILE FLAT, TWICE. I feel this was unreasonable and this company should not allow drivers to drive vehicles when they are FLAT! I called the company to complain and spoke to Alex again who told me the driver told him he had "a lot of trouble" getting my vehicle out of its parking space and into the parking space where he delivered it. Which is a lie because he drove it out both times WHILE FLAT which is NEGLIGENCE. The company gave me only a $13.00 (thirteen dollars) discount, to $180! (plus the $79 I had already paid). So the total I paid was $259.00! I feel the company took advantage of me because I am a senior citizen over 73 years old, and I feel I was grossly over-charged!

I was quoted $89 in addition to $39-75 in additional charges depending on equipment and labor needed for pick up, plus $3 a mile. What was never discussed with me was that the $38-$75 fee was for a perfectly drivable car, to which I would then question, "If it was drivable, why would I need a tow?" Also not discussed with me was the additional $30 for "additional labor" and another $30 for a drop off fee because I was not present at the drop off location. Then the technician essentially said these are standard fees that any tow driver would be familiar with, but that dispatch is untrained to discuss. So what was presented as a $140-$180 tow ended up being $257.
