As an out-of-state buyer, I chose Margaret because I wanted personal, one-on-one attention and did NOT want to be handed off to a "team". I am so glad I did! Buying "site unseen" is not easy, but Margaret went "above and beyond" to make sure things ran smoothly. She explained details thoroughly, overcame obstacles as they came up, met with me outside of normal business hours and successfully negotiated on my behalf. I've worked with a lot of agents over the years, but none more competent, detail-oriented, professional and friendly than Margaret.
