Highly recommended! Matt, with help from Blaze and the rest of the staff, is an excellent agent. I both sold my condo and bought a new one, and the process went as smooth as it possibly could. Matt had great insights on how to stage and price my condo which went under contract in a week. As we were looking at new condos, he had insights into the neighborhoods and features we were looking for. I came away from each showing feeling like I had learned something.
