I am giving Mark 5 stars only because I cannot give him more. Mark managed a rental property we had in Virginia Beach for well over five years. He cold have not been better. We are located about 200 miles from the property and never had any qualms about the property. Mark went above and beyond what you could normally expect a property manager to do. When we decided to sell the property and exchange it for another rental property in northern Virginia, Mark again did much more than you could reasonably expect to coordinate the closing with the settlement on the new property.

I can unequivocally recommend Mark in either capacity. We have been buying and selling houses for some 40 years and Mark is probably the best agent we have had.

Mark is a consummate professional. He always goes the extra mile to help his clients. Whether buying or selling a home, Mark is one you can rely on to be there for all the way.
