Do Not, I repeat, Do Not use this man!!! He is a conman and a ripoff artist. I have filed a police report for theft on him for not giving me my money or returning my goods to sell somewhere else and now I'm having to hire a lawyer to get my families things back or the money equal to what he has taken from me. This was supposed to be a simple down size for me so my son and daughter didn't have to do it when I was gone. I was intending on putting the money in trust for my daughter because she is handicap, but instead all my family valuables and antiques are stolen from me.

If I could, I would give zero stars to this charlatan. As executor of an estate, I signed a legally binding agreement with Mark's Estate & Salvage to consign a documented inventory of items. Once the items were in his possession, he became vague and cagey about what items had actually sold. When pressed, he did state that some books had sold, but that he could not send a commission check immediately because he had bills to pay, despite agreeing that he owed us the funds. We finally received a small check, but never received any type of account detailing what was sold. After many months, we asked for a status update of the remaining items and all we received was a text message stating that they had been donated as they did not sell.
Please beware when dealing with this individual.

I was preparing to move out of the area and was looking to find someone
to help to dispose of the equipment that I used for my business.
The equipment was speakers, amplifiers, mixing boards and generally
the stuff I used in my business of being a "soundman".
I contacted Mark and he and his partner(Bert) came out to my storage
facility and took pictures of my equipment in order to list it for sale.
Having done this he called a couple of days later and asked that I
bring some items to his Cherokee Street Location in College Park.
I did so, and a couple of days later he told me that he had sold some
equipment and do I want to come over and pick up the money.
I told him to hang on to it until I was ready to move so he could
have some operating cash.
I made the trip several times with different equipment each time.
I recently called to let him know that we were closing on the sale of our
house and can I come over and claim the money he owed me.
When I called, he told me that he had never sold any of the equipment.
He now will not return my calls.
Do NOT trust this person.
