the a/c went out....and someone came by the house fast and then two men came out and while i was gone the had a crane put the unit on the roof....when i got back they were finishing up....cleaned up the areas where they worked....and so far so good i keep the house at 78 degrees...and all is well. by the way the check is in the mail tomorrow....george b. feist on malsbary....fresno.

We were in need of a new HVAC system in May of 2019 to replace our 19 year old system and called 3 companies for estimates. Our system was still working but knew it was on its last legs so we decided to be proactive and have choices for a AC company and unit and not be stuck in mid July with a broken unit.
Marthedal Air was the 3rd and final on our list and we are so happy we called them. From the initial estimate to the final day of installation, Marthedal Air was wonderful to work with. Chris Hernandez came out for the estimate and is very knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell. We told Chris about some hotspot areas so he went into the attic and he checked all of our ductwork in addition to the AC unit and furnace. He created an estimate for a new energy efficient AC/Furnace and replace some of the duct work to help with the hotspots in the home. He could have easily told us we needed to replace all ductwork as the other 2 companies recommended. The estimate from Marthedal was for an American Standard AC (made by Trane) & Furnace at a very competitive price and we felt Chris addressed our concerns perfectly. We also installed an American Standard air filtration system which eliminates the monthly changing of filters and cleans the air when the ac, furnace or just the fan is on. The job went smoothly with no hiccups at all. After 2 days the job was complete and we now have a quiet, efficient clean air HVAC system! Chris was there to oversee the work of the 4 extremely professional techs and inspected all the work done at the end of each day. All in all a very good experience and we will definitely be buying the twice a year service to keep our unit in top shape. The 10 year parts AND labor warranty was icing on the cake!

Used them a few years ago on a rental property to service a unit and they did just fine. Its been a few years and called them back to the same house because the a/c was not turning on. They quoted over $2,000 to replace the condenser and repair a breaker. Thought that price was too high and did not make sense so called someone else.

Other company came out and said the unit was working great (needed a cleaning) it was just an issue with the breaker.

Just got a quote for an install on a one ton mini split that I own for $3500 which seems a bit high but what do I know?

Amazing service! They heard our plea in 100+ weather and came running...The service man went above and beyond. Make sure you ask for Adam...we will definitely be using them again :) for follow up services.

My AC went out so I called them Thursday morning and got an appointment for Friday between 12:00 and 2:00. At exactly 12:00 the tech called and showed up 5 minutes later. He checked the AC output and let us know what he found. A couple of parts were going bad. He had the parts in his truck, made the repairs and the cost seemed fair to me. Very happy with the quality of service and satisfied with the price. Total time was almost an hour and a half.

I have used Marthedal many times to service our heating/AC units and they are always honest, professional and courteous. Even during peak times in the summer when everyone needs help right away, they are quick and efficient and don't leave you hanging for an appointment. I have also never felt like I was getting the runaround or had recommendations made that weren't necessary. Highly recommend this company!

These guys did an amazing job. Chris my contact guy was on top of all the details & kept me informed from the estimate to the installation. His crew was efficient, courteous & patient with all my questions. The job was done on time & no surprises. They did a great job cleaning up after also. Our air conditioning went out right before the 4th of July holiday. I called s couple of places and nobody would come out until late next week and it was going to be 104-106 all weekend. I called Marthedal and not only were they out in less than 4 hours but fixed everything at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
