I had a great experience with Martins! As a first time home owner I wasn't really sure what to expect, I just knew the sh*tter was getting full! Lol. Everyone was super kind and helpful, and the guys showed up right on time to do the job. I had an unexpected plumbing backup which caused issues using the locator to find my tank so they weren't able to pump it at first and advised I call a plumber. Well, I got the metal detector out and was able to find the tank myself. Gave em a call back and they came back out and got the tank pumped the same day. They were very respectful of my yard and easy to get ahold of. I'll use them again next time!

Martin's plumbing has been exceptional in service and pricing for my clients. They give an honest opinion and if it's not broke, they don't fix it. Their quote for repair was dramatically less than another area service provider on one property. They generally can fit in emergency situations on short notice, are prompt and professional.

This isnt a company you want doing anything for you. The companies personel cant be trusted and are lazy. Would even dig 12-15 inches to access top of septic tank. I will never call them again.

Left the yard a mess. Giant ruts in the lawn from the trucks and giant piles of dirt where they dug. Septic seems to be working though.
