Chelsea K.Winchester, VA176612Sep 2, 2021I had a great experience with Martins! As a first time home owner I wasn't really sure what to expect, I just knew the sh*tter was getting full! Lol. Everyone was super kind and helpful, and the guys showed up right on time to do the job. I had an unexpected plumbing backup which caused issues using the locator to find my tank so they weren't able to pump it at first and advised I call a plumber. Well, I got the metal detector out and was able to find the tank myself. Gave em a call back and they came back out and got the tank pumped the same day. They were very respectful of my yard and easy to get ahold of. I'll use them again next time!

Their quote for repair was dramatically less than another area service provider on one property. They generally can fit in emergency situations on short notice, are prompt and professional.

Left the yard a mess. Giant ruts in the lawn from the trucks and giant piles of dirt where they dug. Septic seems to be working though.
