Massage Life is a wonderful place to get a relaxing massage with professional therapists and staff. I love the whisper room, it has dimmed lighting, beautiful comfortable couch to help you relax before your massage. Give yourself the gift of massage; you deserve it.

Terrible customer service. Hit or miss therapists. Appointments are full for weeks and can only book 2 even if you wanted to come weekly. They inconvenience you and when you ask for less $ service than they are taking away from you ...they don't even try to make it right. I am forced to loose Hundreds without any recourse except to not refer to them and write a negative review.

I paid for a membership throughout Covid and was not using it. I forgot I was paying for it. I accumulated 23 credits before I requested cancellation. During that time, my monthly membership increased from $55 to $65 with no communication to me. There was never a notification before the monthly charge came through. Cancellation is not allowed online or over the phone. You have to pay to transfer (up to 4) credits to another person. You have to continue paying monthly unless you do a full cancellation. Once you do a full cancellation, you only have 60 days to use all credits with no flexibility. I ultimately lost credits. Way too many contingencies with zero flexibility. The staff is friendly and talented but the way the business is run leaves a lot to be desired! Don't do it!

Save yourself the money. Cancelation is difficult. The customer service for when you end your membership is absolutely terrible. We had some life things happen towards the end of our policy period and they offered us absolutely no help to use up our credits on time. So they took our money already and the best they could offer to help was to let my husband use my credits for a $30 dollar fee. I would have to use MORE money to use up my credits. I couldn't use the credit last week because I had the flu, my child had RSV. So if you are thinking of becoming a member, DON'T. They will not help you out at the end. If you get sick with cancer, they will not help you. If someone in your family dies, they will not help you. They will take your money and that is all they care about. This policy is DESIGNED TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! They don't give two cents if anything happens in your life. Very poor customer service. Me and my husband have been a customer for 2 years and have given them thousands of dollars. It would cost them nothing to go the extra mile since I already paid for the service. In the end, they do not care about YOU.

I had an appointment for my last appointment with my membership and was charged 55 which I'm cool with.
I woke up today congested and have been sleeping in and off. My alert wakes me up and I immediately call them to let them know I can't make it in. Willing to lose my $55 dollars. But I'm told because I call the same day to cancel they still have to charge me $24. unless they are able to reschedule and they'll let me know if they cant before they charge me.
Great so I'm thinking I am probably just suggesting from have allergies only but because I have been falling asleep all day I think it is better to be safe and not go there due to our current COVID situado. I just had a massage here for the first time and it was amazing! I had Zach and he was a pro! He got

Service is okay. Management and business practice very below average. If you try to cancel your service you will find many obstacles and the company will not honor previously paid for session. Be very careful getting into a contact with this company.

My name is kelly and I was the customer here. I got charged 10 times for going just once. I called 2 times on the phone telling them to cancel my subscription but they wont let me, I have to physically go sign the paper which doesnt make sense. They lied to me that i couldnt send an email but after a half year of charging me every month, I found their email online. The first and the only time i went , they let a man massage me without asking me?! They can at least ask if I prefer a female or male and after i get home my back started to break out and I never want to go back again. On the phone they lied to me that I cant submit it via email. back in march I told them I dont want to go back. Now in the email they are not willing to refund me to the past 6 months without going even once! Just straight stealing.

Stephanie is a horrible owner. Her staff did not explain how the credit system works. We spoke with her and she had no solution regarding our horrible experience. We had a membership here and have canceled due to her VERY POOR LEADERSHIP.
