Meagan C.Henderson, NC032Jan 8, 2024I utilized this service in September 2023 because they had great reviews. However the service and the product provide were horrible. Not only did the fob stop working within a month's time but the quality of the fob was subpar. It literally fell apart in my hands while attempting to change the battery as instructed by the company's customer service technician. Multiple pieces every where indicating that the product provided was without a doubt cheap and crappy. I paid almost $400 for nothing. Oh but wait, they did offer to send the original technician to my home for an additional fee (no discount or consideration for the time and money wasted on this service). Thanks Master Locksmith!

I've lost my apartment keys, I called master locksmith to unlock my door lock and replace my keys, they arrived quickly, the technician was able to complete the service in less then an hour, I highly recommend master locksmith for all locksmith needs
