Smelled mold and called this company. Mr. Poindexter and his colleague were extremely professional and knowledgeable of their work. They took the time to explain what the issues were and how we could get up to standard. Pointing out things that me as a new homeowner was completely unaware of.

After several rounds of antibiotics from cold viruses, I contacted MasterTech to check our house for mold. Deion was absolutely fantastic! He worked me into his schedule for the very next day as I advised him I needed it checked asap.

He and his partner came out and did a free inspection, which was very thorough. He didn't rush right into testing as he wanted to do an inspection first to try to see where the issue was coming from. We needed a portion of the ceiling cut out to determine the issue of water damage. Deion linked me up with a very good contractor who came out a few days later and did a clean, quick job. Deion then came back out to take another look and advised me on what steps to take next. He said he wanted to save me as much money as possible and that's exactly what he did.

Deion and his partner, Mr. Poindexter, are beyond professional, honest, reasonable, and helpful. They also educated me through the process. I not only plan to use them in the future if a mold issue should ever arise, but also highly recommend them to others! They are a team you can trust!
