I am writing this to warn locals of Sonya at Maw's Dog Talk in case any of you are looking for a pet sitter, please BEWARE. She left our dog unattended for 30+ hours twice while on vacation. Lied to us repeatedly about being there on certain days, and we had proof on our outdoor cameras as well as our neighbors outdoor camera. Our dog was left alone and uncared for. No food or water or bathroom breaks for over a day... twice. No communication to us so that we could find help and get our dog cared for, so irresponsible. We called her over 20 times one both occasions she did this to our dog and she never answered then proceeded to block us for hours at a time. We were hysterical and frantically trying to find a new sitter during the holidays while we were back East and our poor dog was left unattended . We had to terminate her in the middle of our vacation due to lack of care for our dog and lack of communication with us and she wouldn't refund us 5 days worth of visits worth $500. We paid $1200 for her to pop in once for 3 minutes a day. She's a crook and a liar... and does not care for your animal. It is truly sickening that she's in business. I pray for any animal under her "watch".... If you love your dogs PM me for a great local pet sitter we found after this nightmare ensued.

Sonya took both my Dobies in over the New Year weekend. She was responsive when we messaged her to ask about our dogs and sent us pictures of them throughout the weekend. Her home is totally pet friendly and she was kind enough to drop my babies off when I got home. Thank you.
