The absolute worst! Our initial meeting with them was so positive, the owner said anytime we called anyone could answer questions. Big lie! They will blame the board for lack of response, when in fact it is the company that doesn't respond. Absolutely no followup on any billing Or inquires. We used them for less than a year. Technically they were still responsible for responding to our requests at least the first half of September and yet they did nothing. We are a small communities of 32 units and they couldn't handle us. Beware.

Please understand that we follow the instructions from the board members of each HOA. If they decide to use a towing company for cars that are not allowed to park or don’t have the car permit sticker, and the vehicle is towed, is nothing we can do, and neither are we responsible. Please, be sure to follow your HOA rules regarding parking.

The worst experience possible. Services not performed. Maggie Caceres is rude beyond words. She doesn't care about homeowners and will lie to not pay for repairs required by law. ​

This is the worst management company ever. Several things we are contacting the Better Business Bureau and whoever in Florida government is responsible for realtors. They are not helpful, they will not admit when they are in the wrong, and are rude. We do not recommend them.

We have been in our Condo since 2014. At the time of our purchase the Management company here was in sync with whatever the President of the Condo (HOA) association wanted. Mismanagement of funds and total dictatorship by the Board against wishes of owners was finally stopped by getting rid of the President and new members joining the board. Shortly after the management company was replaced by MC Homes. Since that time we have gone from being 50%-75% funded to fully funded. While getting our roofs done, parking lot paved, pool deck resurfaced, mulch bed replaced, major tree removal and pruning, all the while our HOA fees went down.
Our rates might might go back up a little due to other major projects, but it would still be cheaper than where we were before.
MC Homes , the owner and their staff have been available, responsive and have provided very good service to the owners and our Board. Watch out for the nasty reviews who are not involved in the process until they dont get things for their own personal agenda..

I've never been so dissatisfied that I felt it necessary to post a review to help others avoid the troubles our board experienced while contracted with this company. Be warned and look elsewhere for a property management company. They are extremely unresponsive and disorganized. Requests and basic communication went days without answers. Please save yourself from the stress and frustration that comes with this management company.

Please understand that we follow the instructions from the board members of each HOA. Requesting repairs or improvements must be approved by the HOA board. You can express your concerns in the HOA meetings. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

We have experienced nothing but inconvenient scheduling of contractors, money wasted and broken promises from MC Homes. Because I own a condo managed by MC Homes, I am at the mercy of all the poor decisions they make, tens of thousands wasted on unnecessary aesthetic upgrades we didn't need but are paying for now, scheduling of contractors before 10am so that everyone is woken up by loud drilling, pounding, resurfacing, etc. with new contractors constantly doing new work - always early in the morning so no one can actually get a good night's sleep. MC Homes has broken so many promises (promising a vote by proxy and then never supplying an opportunity for anyone to vote - promising a solution by January yet it is June and we are still waiting), allowing some people to have dogs but not others, and making decisions for unnecessary spending on things that increase our monthly HOA by up to 20% every year. Pretty soon, our HOA dues will be above $600/mo simply due to poor planning, not getting multiple quotes from contractors to find the best price, the list goes on and on. There is no way out of this nightmare with MC Homes.
