McKenzie Mortuary's staff and services were 5 star!! Everyone is kind and helpful. They made a difficult time and process better than I expected. They took care of my brother in 2018 and my dad in 2023. I appreciate all the guidance and assistance in helping with loved ones lost.

Good morning, I just want to say that this place and all the staff here are wonderful people! Special thanks to Ken McKenzie! This was a very difficult time for, I lost my son Xavier Lopez RIP. Ken and his staff were very kind, patient and made this sad time very easy for me and my family I can't thank them enough! If it weren't for Ken I don't know what I would have done!

You can tell McKenzie Mortuary Services is ran with love and sympathy for its clients. Ken made me feel I was the most important client and I would see him treating other families the exact same way. It takes a beautiful human to be successful in a industry like this. Troy and the staff really supported us and guided us throughout the day while we were at the church, and burial site. No matter if we were off Mackenzie's property they made sure my family felt supported and confident through our grandmother's services.

Thank you for turning this tragic loss into such a beautiful funeral service.

So my uncle had suddenly passed away and I found a card in his wallet that said call incase of my death and it was McKenzie Mortuary so it was a very only card form like 20 years ago. The lady on the phone was very nice and said I'm sorry for your loss she check of my uncle had purchased a cremation but unfortunately he did not but they where nice enough to help me and the price was very reasonable for the simple cremation they did not try and push me into buying an urn or anything else. They where very caring and understanding of my situation. I will be planning my services for the future with them that's for sure. Thanks again for being so helpful and understanding.

I should have reviewed them on here before obtaining their services.
-They prey on your grief
-They create this Fear of Missing Out by setting hard deadlines
-They don't tell you upfront about the third parties they use, which will determine your loved ones priority in getting retrieved.
-They don't provide you with timelines as to when you can expect the services you paid for
-They waited 2 weeks before notifying me that my Moms ashes were ready for pickup
-They are terrible at giving you a status update on Death Certificates.

Ken and his associates went out of their way assisting with funeral plans for my friend, Linda. Ken's sense of humor helped us to bring joy at this sad time. He listened to our wishes and made suggestions. The Himalayan salt urn that he recommended was the perfect resting place for our dear friend.

Having lost both my parents in quick succession this year, I am so thankful for McKenzie Mortuary Services. From beginning to end, the entire staff was kind, responsive and answered any and all questions I had throughout the process. Most of all, their empathy was obvious and much appreciated. I would 100% recommend McKenzie mortuary services to anyone who has lost a loved one.

We had my cousins funeral they're the people they were very nice and courteous and the place is very nice and very clean and in a nice location. It's sad when you have to bury a loved one but if you go to McKenzie Alicia, feel like you're giving them a nice funeral and the place is nice. The service was good and the people that work there are very helpful.

I used McKenzie Mortuary for my husband's cremation. It went so well that I am going to set up my cremation services with them for when it's my time. Was so impressed with the gentlemen who came to transport my husband's body to the mortuary. They showed him total respect, and were very kind. Mr. Ken McKenzie handled all the paperwork and was very nice. Would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

So thankful for Ken McKenzie; he's the face, heart and soul of McKenzie mortuary. Ken handled my husband's care after passing, he and his staff were warmhearted, attentive and most helpful throughout. Our options were thoroughly explained to us and all was transparent. He helped me understand what I needed to do and when to do it which proved most helpful. Would give 10 stars to Ken and his staff if it were an option, most highly recommend.
