Medicine Counter Pharmacy

My mom shared this with me and although I had a little misgiving for mail order medicine. The reviews looked fine so I gave it a go.

I was able to get what I needed that was not Rx based. It arrived without a hitch and took my HSA card. I would buy again from them for sure.

Won't let buy just one medication one time. Got to promise you'll buy all medicines for ever.

I have done business with Medicine Counter twice and I am happy with the entire experience. I don't know if they will be offering the product and service in the future, but my past experiences have been great

Medicine counter has the Fantastic team. I was able to get my hydrocodone 10mg tab filled and transferred all my prescriptions filled to this local family Pharamcy. They accept most insurances and have great customer service. My family member was able to get their compounded medicine filled at a lower price than the competition. Overall the best Pharmacy experience.

I called the pharmacy to see if they had a medication in order to fill a prescription because my pharmacy didn't have it. I was told they would not fill it unless I moved all of my prescriptions to their pharmacy. Not willing to make that move as it would disrupt my normal fulfillment. Is that even legal? I will know the answer to that question soon. The Pharmacist called me back after I concluded with the Tech and tried to argue with me! Never had this type of service from a PHARMACY! Refused the medication even though this is the only business in town to have it. Besides unethical it seems illegal! Consumer beware!

Amazing!!!!!!! They have iver.mectin over the counter! I ordered online from Ohio and it was shipped days later!

This is a great speciality kind of pharmacy. My dermatologist prescribed a specific medication that could only be compounded a couple places. They only are doing curbside pickup and then one has to sign their card slip but they wear masks when bringing your purchase out to your car. Overall great customer service.

I have been using this family owned pharmacy since the day it opened and it has been a game changer for me and my finances! The husband and wife team are extremely knowledgeable in not only prescription drugs but also supplements. They even do special compounding for those in need. I have saved a TON of money since using this pharmacy and now buy all over the counter medications there too as the savings is huge. The customer service couldn't be better! They also delivery locally - great experience!

The pharmacist and staff at Medicine Counter in Hixson are wonderful. They not only significantly reduced the cost of my monthly prescriptions, they go out of their way every month to accommodate all of my pharmacy needs and even my schedule! One night they even offered to stay open after regular business hours to wait for me to pick up my prescription because I had to work late! That's amazing customer service!!
