I came in for a couple of consultations. Went here because my friend said he did good work. I explained to him how I do not want my boobs to end up. I even drew him a picture. I told him what cup size I wanted to be. He said no no guarantees and he does not know well he should know if he takes before and after pictures does measurements and ask the women what size they are if indeed he does many boob jobs all day everyday for years he should have known exactly how many cc's it would have taken for me to get from a C cup to a DD cup. I asked if I could take the gel inserts home with me this way I could have put them in a bra a bigger size to have an idea and he said no. I guessed at how many Cc's since I'm not a plastic surgeon and I'm clueless and google wasn't too helpful. I ended up with DDD and even some DDD bras are too small for me. I look like a damn stripper or hooker. I did NOT want that look. Its been 3 years I can not afford another boob job and I just Hate the way I look & hate that he couldn't do his job right by making me just a DD. Also my boobs aren't shaped the way I wanted. It course at every appointment he told me how great they look and how great I looked. Of course he lies and won't admit to his Fuck up. My advise don't go here go to someone who knows and will get you what you ask for. Here they kiss your ads just to take your $ then be done with you.

Hi all!! I've loathed my nose since the dawn of time. I always felt it was simply too big for my face. Plus the blasted hump...that sucker hurt after a day of glasses. I also noticed that as I got older, I wasn't able to breathe as well as when I was younger. I attributed this originally to age...until I met Dr. Kayser. Not only did he address my concerns in an extremely kind and honest manner, he mentioned my wonderfully deviated septum. (THAT is why my breathing sucked!! So good to know). Fast forward to November of 2014...As always his staff was amazing for all pre-op appointments, payments, any questions I had. The day of surgery was fine as was recovery. Really no major issues. I did, however, discover that patience needs to be your best friend, as swelling does take some time to go away. Regardless, I love my nose. It fits my face, and I can breathe so much better. The most wonderful part is that I look like me. That's what I wanted. I wanted me with no bump and a tiny bit smaller. That's exactly what i got. I highly recommend Dr. Kayser and his staff for anything. They're honest and so incredibly kind. Great experience.
