Merlili Bridal Boutique

Don't go to this place, they order the wrong wedding dress for my sister, at 10 day of her big day, and now nobody takes responsibility of anything, the dress was delivered to the boutique and stayed there because that it's 4 sizes bigger it was almost $3,500 and they don't want to give the money back, no manager, no owner nobody cares about the situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I found my wedding dress with the amazing help of Manuela! She was so patient, kind and was a fantastic saleswoman!! I felt like she was just another one of my friends trying on dresses with me but with all the professional knowledge. I highly recommend their variety of dresses, affordable but beautiful options and asking for Manuela.

I didn't end up buying a dress here but enjoyed my experience shopping for dresses here. I worked with Manuela and it was my third appointment of the day. Manuela showed me dresses that fit the style of dresses I liked at other shops but also was able to find some of the dress styles other shops were not able to show me. No other shops showed me simple satin dresses and she found one I loved and with pockets, making my decision very hard. She made sure to stay within my price range and took my measurements in advance so that if I chose the dress I wouldn't have to hurry back for measurements.

It was my understanding that this was miamis "largest" plus size selection of bridal dresses. Unfortunately they had about 3 gowns that I could try on (for reference I run anywhere between 12-18). Bridal sizing is very different and I completely understand that, but alas there were only 3 I could try on. This was just really misleading, also the experience was lackluster. Having traveled from NY to experience a bridal fitting with my family, I expected a better experience (champagne, consult, and a better attention). My mother often clipped me into the dresses (apparently the other bride to be needed 8 clips while I patiently waited for 2).

I will say the prices were great, the quality was ok. Service is everything in the bridal market and Merlili needs work.

This boutique was by far one of the best experiences I had while wedding dress shopping. The energy overall is extremely positive in this shop, they are super helpful and knowledgeable about different dress options and designers and truly care to help you find your dream dress. Special shout-out to my girl Manuela who's kindness really has exceeded my expectations, I am so grateful to you - definitely check this place out if you're looking to find an amazing dress while also having a great experience.

A few people recommended this store to me. During my dress hunt, this was my second store I went to. The staff was so kind and patient, willing to help me thru my many debates/debacles to help me pick my dress. Manuela specifically is heaven sent! Such a sweetheart. The store is always clean and has ton of gorgeous places. If you are on the hunt for a dress, stop by and try on a few. You wont be disappointed

I found my dream dress!! Merlili has a beautiful and wide selection of bridal gowns. Sonia, my stylist did an amazing job picking gowns for me and made me feel really special. I showed her my dream dress and she found me something that suited my body and venue. I can't be more excited for my big day!!

Update: Seamstress Ana took it upon herself to fix the previous mistakes. It was no easy task because the previous seamstress had made so many mistakes with the sleeves on my dress. However, the problem is now corrected and the dress looks perfect. Thank you Ana for all you do and for your dedication to your brides.
I do have to mention that the owner on the other hand is not empathetic with the brides. I had my mom come visit the shop during the week while I was at work. I wanted to make sure that someone was checking in on the progress of the dress and try to speed up the "corrections" because I did not want to be stressed. Well, the owner had the audacity to offer my mother a refund for the dress in order to rectify the situation, given that my mom was clearly very upset about them "butchering" the sleeves on my dress. Seriously?! How am I going to get a refund 3 weeks away from my wedding?! Obviously, we had no intention of receiving a refund at this point because there was no time to look for another dress. Fast forward one week when I went for my 4th fitting, the owner was there and she did not even attempt to come to us and apologize for the previous seamstress work. No accountability.
My feedback for you "Lily" if any of your employees make a mistake, please reach out to the customer to apologize. A simple apology goes a long way. Remember when you don't, a bride is not just one but 10 more brides to come after because that one bride will have friends who will get married as well.
