Mi Casa

The worse guacamole I have ever had. Watery and tased like vinegar.
The waitress was nice and the beans were good.
Not a place I would seek out

We were driving through Hartville looking for somewhere to grab a quick dinner. Always up for Mexican we decided to stop and check out Mi Casa. From the minute we walked in everyone was so nice and the placed smelled AMAZING! The service was friendly and quick, the food was amazing and flavorful and we were checked on numerous times. We will absolutely be back!

Pretty standard fare "authentic" Mexican food. Good quality and the place is always busy, so they're doing something right.

Their carry out experience is bad though. The drive thru window doesn't make sense and only serves to slow the order fulfillment process. When you do get to the window, they seem to like charging you whatever they feel like charging at that given moment. Forget the prices listed in their online menu. That hasn't been updated since pre-Covid. Impossible to gauge what your final cost will be.

If money isn't important to you, and you've gotta have a taco or two, this is the place for you.

Food is fairly decent, but my order is incorrect every time. I'm not being dramatic - every time! Dine in, take out - never fails. Any time I go I seem to get the same waitress so that probably doesn't help, but to make things worse, she's commonly snobby. I don't know if it's a processing thing because of a language barrier or she's just that rude, but the service doesn't balance the fair food or incorrect order. We live in town and it's one of the few restaurants we have, but we just stopped going even with the limited variety of restaurants available.

Ordered carry out got home and main course missing no fish tacos just 2 salad things. Is second time ordering carry out and was wrong.

It was very good. Wait staff was amazing. And you can't beat the margaritas for $2.75!!!

we ordered and drove 20 minutes to get our food. 20 minutes later got home and some of the food was wrong. we called and they argued with us. after 10 minutes they said they would replace food and give some money back for food that was wrong. drove 20 minutes back and they refused to make it right so 20 minutes back home. then the owner calls my phone yelling at us

We drove over thirty minutes to get our dinner to go and it was good. I don't think I'd make that drive again but it was nice to be able to support this business. The food tasted like all the other Mexican places around us, nothing unique but not awful either.

They did get our order wrong and they were so good about correcting it and I appreciate it.

The most flavorless tough and fajitas ever. They sucked so bad I felt the need to warn people not to waste their money. Used to be great about a decade ago.

We stopped here for a quick lunch and they were kind enough to serve us outside even on a chilly day because we had our dog. The service was subsequently a bit slow but that's okay. I enjoyed the chicken tortilla soup but my steak taco did have a hair in it which killed my appetite. I'll be back as soon as I forget about that because I understand things happen and the food is yummy.
